How'd you come up with your username?

i'll trade ya ahahahh.

Mine is a shortening of an older, longer username. Unfortunately i'm not the only one with 10kk though, some guy has it on deviantart and I could never be an artist. xD

"Johnny" because its the most common first name in the western world and "Retro" because imma retro game fan. :)

While it's not exactly the same, it's derived from my real name.
At first, I was using Theodoric, inspired from Theodoric the goth from Age of Empire II. Because it sounded cool. But then I put my middle name, so it's TheoAllen. Used almost everywhere

However, this name is pretty much common name. Sometimes, I cant register to a site because the name is already used. Then, I come up with other name, Theolized. The name taken from my friends commentary about my arts. They said, my arts are unique that you could tell it's mine. So when I was going to draw someone's OC, I would say "Lemme theolized this"

I still prefer to use TheoAllen for registering into a site as much as possible tho

Mine is pretty childish... There was a show I used to watch when I was a "kid". Inside that show, there was a show called LilyMu...
Honestly, I don't know why, but that made me think of Guiguimu, which is now my nickname. Not a very common name, but not so rare that I can register in every site without it being already used. So I put r behind it, that stands for real: real Guiguimu xD

I tried to find something that embodies the good in people, while sounding interesting. Not sure if it worked, but that's what it is!

It's just a Jpop song I was listening to at the time, I think it was the op to some anime but I never watched it. My avatar is Chino from Gochiusa

Frogboy was a nickname that I got from one of my life long friends back in high school. At the time, I was growing my hair long but it was in that horribly ugly in between stage. I have really thick, coarse hair too so I had to put gel and stuff in it just to get it to not go all Napoleon Dynamite crazy. There was an MTV Liquid Television show on then called Dog Boy where everyone had plastic hair so a few of my friends started calling me Dog Boy. Then it kind of morphed into anything that rhymed (bog, fog, log) but the one that stuck around was Frogboy.

Fortunately, it didn't take long for my hair to grow long. Even more fortunate, it was cool in the 90s to shave the sides and back of your head and just have the top long which worked out well with my thick, hard to manage hair.

It was the only nickname I ever had so I adopted it as my online handle in most places. It's often taken, though, so a lot of times, I go by fr0980y which I've never had a problem getting.

Originally I used Windows i7 920 in 2009 when the Intel Core i7 920 (what an awesome CPU to have used for my first gaming PC!) was still new, and combined with Windows 7. I dropped the 920 after upgrading to a 4790k.

Mine came about because I was nicknamed 'Ry Bread' in highschool (my name's Ryan) and then the Bread Inc thing just stuck. Now I use it for everything.

That's what was on my mind when I was thinking up a username. I wanted a reminder that I will not always be here. I won't breathe forever. I will one day die and life will continue without me. The trees will still be here but I won't.

Eterna, as in Eternal, lasting forever and always been there. It's the name of a character from one of my stories, she's a goddess, the main ruler of the universe. The plan is, if I get good at making a decent game, I might use her in one.

Can't remember, I was watching Rurouni Kenshin and Death Note at the time and this was over a decade ago but that's my best guess as to how I came up with it.

"panda" because, who doesn't love pandas!! and "dodod" is my nickname...

Kuro means black in japanese. I started using the name after my cat which I named "Kuro" died over ten years ago. I took the name from "Cyborg Kuro-chan".

DCupu means "geek" or "loser" in my country language, but with extra "D" just to sounds cool. It's also the name of my "familia" group back at school.

My usual and favourite kind of character to roleplay is an elven sorceress, so I set my amazing creativity to work.

My username comes from the main character I came up with for an adventure when I was a teenager which is the same game project Im currently designing 13 years on.

Interesting story for me, I started off with the name "Outbreak101" because I thought it was a cool name. I then heard of the creepypasta "Zalgo" and wanted to use it as a joke for playing Team Fortress 2. Eventually, the name kinda stuck to me, and it's since become my username.

I tend to use "NotAWeeaboo" as well as an injoke too.

When I was 13 I realized I REALLY like Zelda, and I said "I must be a Zelda maniac." I didn't know what a portmanteau was at the time, but I've called myself either "TheZeldaniac" or "Zeldaniac" online ever since.

EpicFILE was derived from my first DeviantArt username, EpicFAIL28.

Why EpicFAIL28?
At the time I think the word "epic fail" was kinda cool. (the word epic is amazing)
And it also have some kind of self deprecation element on it. (which makes it even more fascinating)
28 is my birth date, by the way.
I also used the EpicFAIL28 username on a comic forums, but later changed it to EpicFILE28.
EpicFILE sounds more positive and unique.
It also have a similar rhyme to EpicFAIL.

That's how the name EpicFILE was born.

Oh, and there's no EpicFILE without the frog character in my avatar.
The frog have become the EpicFILE himself. :D
