My mother once told me that my actual name meaning is... CleanWater. :aswt:

Hyreal is an anagram of my real name, Harley.

My favorite tv series at the time I made the account was Doctor Who, and the 10th doctor was, and still is, my favorite.

I enjoy watching Yu-Gi-Oh!, and one of the monster cards in Yu-Gi-Oh! ZEXAL is "Galaxy-Eyes Photon Dragon", it was also used by my favourite character (Kite). 13 is my lucky/favourite number. :kaojoy:

I hate drawing trees. Hate em. The only exception to this: Palm trees. While having a discussion with a friend this came up and she said: "Puny deciduous trees are no match for the mighty palm"

My name comes from a poémon, because I used to use Porygon2. But oftentimes that name was used, so had to ude a different one... Poryg was very usable almost everywhere though, so one day I decided to stick to it.

djDarkX was my original handle when I started working on music way back as a teenager. Originally, I had different names, including C-5, a reference to the old show Reboot and a few others that didn't even last a day. Eventually I stuck with djDarkX and even made my first email with it on Yahoo! being djdarkx_mod. The mod part was due to my work with module music (ex. mod/s3m/xm/it). Eventually, it turned into just djDarkX since I was doing more than just module music and it just stuck. Some other people go by this name, but they are in very limited circles. I try to get my name out there so they know who I am and for what I work on, but if you see the name spelled out as is, no as DJ Dark X or anything like that, then it's most likely me.

I don't ever plan on giving up this name, so there's that, haha!

My moniker is the name of a kenjutsu school, founded by Myamoto Musashi.

Mine is the mashup my college came up with for usernames due to it still being the dos era and things had to be 8 characters or less. It's stuck ever since.

It's possible that by coincidence it also means "clean water" in some language; I have no idea, but there are a lot of languages out there.

I was tired of seeing Ralph (the VX Mascotte Hero) overused everywhere: in rm games, script demos, map screenshots and as a resource too, there were many versions of him around, especially during the VX and ACE era: Kid Ralph, Old Ralph, Furry Ralph, Scholar Ralph, Female Ralph, Clown Ralph, Merchant Ralph, Crossdresser Maid Ralph, etc.
I never saw though a proper corrupted version of him, so I got the idea of killing him and resurrecting him as a bad guy for an old game I never released, and since I like the Joker as a villain I thought his colour scheme would be fitting.

Punamaagi means 'Red Mage' in Finnish. Red Mages have always been my favourite class in Final Fantasy series: I like their plumed hat and red is one of my favourite colours, and I'm very fond of both jacks-of-all-trades and mages who can also deal some damage in melee combat. I actually even dealt with bullying in school by creating an alter ego who was a sword-wielding and crimson-clad sorcerer.

I started using 'Red Mage' as my username back when I was lurking the Internet as a pre-teen, and it has stuck with me through the course of years. A couple of friends have even used it to refer to me in real life, and 'punamaagi' is the colloquial translation one of them has used ('punainen maagi' being the formally accurate form).

Mine's a bit awkward. I had some confusion when I released a game a few months ago (shameless plug) that was set in a settlement named 'Seacliff' which was named after character in the game also named Seacliff. She's female, I'm a male.

Seacliff, as the country set in my fictional world, is the origin of my username. I have been writing stories within that world for nearly a decade now, and I first used it as a username when I joined a Minecraft server back in early 2012. It has certainly been the main focus of the RPG Maker games I was creating when I joined this forum. It wasn't until years after that when I decided to make a short origin story for a major character in my world, Kairos, who founded the country of Seacliff. I thought it would be touching if he named the land after a family member. I decided that the name 'Seacliff' sounded more feminine and decided that the character would be Kairos's daughter. But by that point I identified myself as Seacliff so much online that I couldn't think of any other reasons to change it, and it's not like I got my gender confused by using the username elsewhere anyways.

It's part of my pirate name. The whole thing would be "Gus la Flibuste". Gus being my nickname irl, which rhymes with "la Flibuste" (in french, kinda, at least). "la Flibuste" is not really a real word as far as I know, but it is derived from "flibustier" (which is one of many words for a pirate in french) (the word itself is derived from the dutch word for "pirate" if you're interested). If thieving is a a thief does, flibuste would be what a flibustier does. So pretty much a made-up word for piracy (in french).

And yeah, me and my mates are pirates, I'm the second in command. Arrr.

My surname is Fearn and at work we have several people named James work there so my surname became a sort of nickname, one day I was walking onto shift and the manager greets me by calling me disco inferno, I laugh and say that's genius and had a nice ring to it, i experiment with different spellings and then it soon became my PSN ID, then it became my username for everything.

Titris is the original fantasy name I created for my first Everquest character. I created it in my mid-teens and in complete ignorance that it is a letter away from Tetris. If I recall, once you level up to 20 in Everquest, you unlock the ability to add a surname. I was reading Timothy Zahn's Thrawn trilogy at the time and decided my drunken dwarf paladin wanted to be part Grand Admiral. Afterwords, my primary male character in a video game was named Titris Thrawns. Interestingly, some MMo games have had a name profanity filter that shoots down Titris... So Thrawns became the default surname for any game character I create.

yadda, yadda, yadda; Titris Thrawns has become my gaming and internet handle & user name. While I prefer displaying the symbology of the Grand Admiral, underneath it all is a poorly rendered dwarf paladin who drinks as they do yet another corpse run.
