  1. With the by auradev supplied sprited and my own additions (both edits of said sprites and mostly facesets and battlers in my thread), we have now reached the next milestone with the list!
:XP1::MV1: (I guess we would need one of those with Reid xD)

The list now has the first complete set for a full charset (Actor 1 has all missing emosets and battlers)!
The list has more than 70% of the content!
And if we ignore the emosets, 25.5% of the characters have their full sets! (24% with)
That means, in addition to the default 672 files, 309 were created by the community and while by default only 12 of the characters have a full set without emos, this number has been multiplied by four with these addtions and got their emoset added - 48 heroes and monsters are ready and versatile.

This list is somewhat my baby and I put a lot of time and effort into it to create and maintain it and even more to expand it. While I know that at some point there won't be much added to it anymore because there are honestly some designs that I just don't like and that probably other people won't want to tackle as well, I am excited to see how far it will get. Maybe we can reach 75%? 80%?
30% of the characters with a full set?

I am excited about each new find and happy about every contribution. And also about any kind word and support :3
If you have any stories how things from it helped you to add some extra angles to your game, I would love to hear them!

    Congratulations on the amazing news!
I'm in awe of your commitment maintain this thread. You're awesome!
  3. Whenever I am like: "Yeah I have more than enough ressources, I will stop collecting and finally work with the ressources I have", you post something really cool and I decide against it.
Thanks for all the hard work and also the really good overview!
  4. I'm not sure if everything had been cleared up regarding etanara, or if this link was already posted on here, but I found posts they made of all their stuff on another site that posts a lot of things, some even have more of the RTP school pictures and stuff.

    エタナラ
  5. They don't have anything that the waybackmachine had not already solved.

As of now, I added some of Tonbi's new charsets, but only those that work with the default sized characters in my opinion (so, the sylph and the salamander for example) and some stuff I made. I have considered maybe shrinking some of his characters down where the list only had an etanara resource, because etanara did not allow the posting of edits and that way I could also provide a downed version... well, not sure about it, dunno if the effort is worth it. What do you guys think?

My latest addition was the BigMonster1_1 Bust, Emoset and Face and we stand at 71,7% covered (1% means 14 cells in the table, so even a single percent is quite some content).
  6. There are quite some new things on this list, and I don't wanna let them go unseen - maybe it was just what your game was missing? ;3

I am trying a new approach with some preview images and links - if anything here is useful to you, leave some love there (if you can, I guess it gets difficult on the Japanese sites ;D). Let me know what you think of this presentation style in the thread as well, I often feel like I am talking into a void here^^'

The current completion level of the list is 72.6% overall cells filled out and 28.5% of all the various characters having a complete set!

First of all, holder had two amazing SV battlers for the

Then, I found this by wingly, who did some picture to battler conversions for
    Nature_5, SF_Actor1_6, SF_Actor1_7, SF_Actor3_7 and SF_Actor3_8

And luckily, while I did something similar myself, only one out of the five was on the list of things I had made. So those fill in three new slots and actually completed three sets! 1_6, 1_7 and 3_7 are now done!

I somehow had also missed this rendition of SF_Actor1_6's battler:

GrimmyNocture gave the undine a faceset with emotions

And from Tonbi, I added everything that was "regular sized", so his charsets and down version of the goblin, the salamander and the sylph are on the list now!

Plus, since my last update there was quite a lot of stuff that I did on my own:

  7. I never understood why the hero is so tiny, that is comes to knee height of the littlest girl in the enemy battlers.

    The battlers look great, though.
  8. Since @Avery made an awesome emoset for Nature 8, I thought I'd share the SV battler I did a while ago. It's not perfect but maybe somebody has a use for it.
Terms: You need to own MZ. There's no need to credit me.

  9. That is amazing! Thank you so much!
  10. just want to give a huge thank you, it's always exciting when i'm tooling around in mz wondering if something got added here and then lo and behold, it has! i still primarily use ace for my "real" projects (whatever that means) but love messing around with the mz rtp, so genuinely thank you for continuing to maintain this

edit: lmao forgot to mention, based on this:

I did my own bad edit to expand a2-2 cuz she's my favorite.
  11. Like why is everybody predigest against dragons? I see literally every "big monster" four directional on this thread except the dragon (as usual, the dragon is always excluded from everything on this forums no matter the engine) and if you do not have the steam version, you cannot get that graphic pack, I tried. Komodo Plaza does not have it either.
  12. Well, since you are not, you are very free to contribute with your own work.
Or are you prejeduced, too? Or maybe, just maybe, there are more factors in this equation.
  13. I am a graphic designer, not a graphic artist. If I could draw and make things like that, I would and they'd be all over the forums. But the best I can do is recolors of existing stuff.

Now if this were music, I can do all that myself.
  14. It might be a surprise, but noone is born as pixel artist. If you want, you can learn. And if you don't want, don't complain about what other people do with their own time.
It is not nice to just throw out broad statements about the people here that are doing a lot to help others out just because they do not what you want.
  15. The one in that link is missing content! The spreadsheet in page 1 of this thread clearly states that $BigMonster_2.png has four directional sprites for the top monster. But that is 100% false! That dragon is NOT in there :(

Edit: So the link underneath that box has been removed in the excel spreadsheet since I last posted. Covering tracks of misinformation I see.
  16. You know this is a person that maintains this list for free in her free time. She doesn't have to make things for this list, or use up her free time to look what other people have done for this list.

If you wanna blame anyone, blame Komodo for delivering a product where not every sprite is complete.
  17. Everything is not a conspiracy against you. @MoltresRider I have reviewed the change logs of this spreadsheet and it has not been touched since September 10th. All changes were made to unrelated cells. We’ve been over this time, and time again. You cannot just run around calling people liars and fakers. There are ways to seek clarification on a misunderstanding without maligning the other person.

You’ve been given multiple warnings and suspension for this behavior before. You’ve been doing rather well for some time. Do not escalate it. Permanent suspension will be the next moderation resolution.
  18. Also I just have to say that is a really bad approach to take for things people provide FOR FREE. You are not entitled to sprites. You can draw them yourself or pay someone to make it for you if what you find for free is not to your liking.

Even if that's what happened, I'd rather suspect people just wanted to correct things, so others won't suffer the same disappointment and were not "covering their tracks" to discredit you ...
