From time to time, topics show up asking if this Japanese site states that their resources can be used commercially, or they're looking for the author's name, so they can credit them properly. However, sometimes their terms are complex enough that google translate isn't able to do his job. That's why I figured it might be a good idea to translate their terms to English. In case you are looking for the terms of a site not mentioned here, feel free to comment and link the site. I will try and translate them as quickly as possible. If you want a speedy answer it's best to PM me. FAQQ: Is it possible you haven't translated [Z]? A: Yes. I've done over 100+ sites now, but I'm nowhere near done I'm afraid. ;.; Just comment here or PM me (in case you want a faster reply). Q: What are these spoilers in your translation posts? I can't read them! A: And you shouldn't have to They're the original terms copied over from the translated site/blog. This is proof in case the site/blog decides at a later date to change their terms or if they decide to close down/disappear forever. The safest way would be to use the author's name, site's name and site's URL when crediting. However, there's nothing wrong by just crediting the site or author. It's really up to you in the end. Q: Does optional mean I shouldn't credit them? A: On the contrary, it just means that legally you're not required to do so. I find it common decency though, to give credit to these artists/scripters; you'll probably have some resources where you'll be required to credit anyway. I think Kuremente has done some major changes on their terms. Could they be translated again? I checked the terms in Google translate and there seems to be something about unsupported scripts, so I'm not sure if it's 'safe'.

I've updated timelessberry's terms per @hero_buddy 's request. They now allow commercial usage to one-man-team/indie developers.

There's nothing inherently unsafe about unsupported scripts. It just might be harder to use if you run into trouble.
I've updated the terms as they did make some changes to their commercial usage terms, as well as distributing edits.

I'll get to the other terms soon. Sorry for the long wait, work's been very busy lately.

@TakeHomeTheCup It's not working for me either. Might be temporary down, we'll have to wait and see.

It's come to my attention that Moon Wind has added their own English terms. I've adjusted my post to reflect that.

So the thing that has changed are the terms when it comes to commercial usage. It's still allowed, but some songs (not all) have become paid if you want to use them commercially. You are exempt from paying a fee if you downloaded them when they were still free.
