From time to time, topics show up asking if this Japanese site states that their resources can be used commercially, or they're looking for the author's name, so they can credit them properly. However, sometimes their terms are complex enough that google translate isn't able to do his job. That's why I figured it might be a good idea to translate their terms to English. In case you are looking for the terms of a site not mentioned here, feel free to comment and link the site. I will try and translate them as quickly as possible. If you want a speedy answer it's best to PM me. FAQQ: Is it possible you haven't translated [Z]? A: Yes. I've done over 100+ sites now, but I'm nowhere near done I'm afraid. ;.; Just comment here or PM me (in case you want a faster reply). Q: What are these spoilers in your translation posts? I can't read them! A: And you shouldn't have to They're the original terms copied over from the translated site/blog. This is proof in case the site/blog decides at a later date to change their terms or if they decide to close down/disappear forever. Q: I can't find the resources on the site./The first post says this site has [X], but I can only find [Y]. A: Feel free to PM me and I'll point them out for you~ Q: The terms mention I should credit them, but doesn't really state how... A: There's a number of ways you could go. The safest way would be to use the author's name, site's name and site's URL when crediting. However, there's nothing wrong by just crediting the site or author. It's really up to you in the end. Q: Does optional mean I shouldn't credit them? A: On the contrary, it just means that legally you're not required to do so. I find it common decency though, to give credit to these artists/scripters; you'll probably have some resources where you'll be required to credit anyway. Q: Could you check if has gotten back to you about commercial usage? A: Of course! Feel free to PM or comment in this thread. There's no real terms, besides
"Feel free to use as you like*
* The edits of RTP are only usable in RPG Maker engines."

This is a favorite site of mine I think would be useful to have translated terms to make it clearer!
【立ち絵素材】とくだ屋 They have a lot of nice free standing pose sprites (so good for visual novels or RM busts) in modern, Japanese, and fantasy styles. Terms of use are at the bottom, and a useful Q&A as well. Google translate seems clear enough but having an official translation is always better ^^

Good day... It seems the link for that site domain is down now?
However, searching 'FICUSEL' they have a new site domain https://ficusel.com/
they still have music which I think is from the former site (since what I saw was in Mid format) but the terms are confusing (for the new site)
- are we still allowed to use the resources commercially?

I have downloaded some music from the old site before :( and did not finished downloading them... I hope the use in commercial games would not be retconned (my head hurts with all the legalese)..

Unsure, but I think that the enty's down. Currently, they're running off usui.club and their ci-en I think? Furthermore, I think that actor 137's copyright was transferred over in August 2022 to his wife, so you'd need permission to use that one. I'm not sure about this. It's all very confusing.
