From time to time, topics show up asking if this Japanese site states that their resources can be used commercially, or they're looking for the author's name, so they can credit them properly. However, sometimes their terms are complex enough that google translate isn't able to do his job. That's why I figured it might be a good idea to translate their terms to English. In case you are looking for the terms of a site not mentioned here, feel free to comment and link the site. I will try and translate them as quickly as possible. If you want a speedy answer it's best to PM me. FAQQ: Is it possible you haven't translated [Z]? A: Yes. I've done over 100+ sites now, but I'm nowhere near done I'm afraid. ;.; Just comment here or PM me (in case you want a faster reply). Q: What are these spoilers in your translation posts? I can't read them! A: And you shouldn't have to They're the original terms copied over from the translated site/blog. This is proof in case the site/blog decides at a later date to change their terms or if they decide to close down/disappear forever. The safest way would be to use the author's name, site's name and site's URL when crediting. However, there's nothing wrong by just crediting the site or author. It's really up to you in the end. Q: Does optional mean I shouldn't credit them? A: On the contrary, it just means that legally you're not required to do so. I find it common decency though, to give credit to these artists/scripters; you'll probably have some resources where you'll be required to credit anyway. Hmm i found this website after playing a rpg maker game translated by vgperson called Capella's Promise i looked around and noticed this site on the plainsoft site on a user named Mochi5445 who does chipsets from their blog. http://blog.livedoor.jp/mochi5445/archives/cat_1003728.html

Wonder if you could translate the terms. Since i am sure this hasn't been translated yet from the list.

Hi Slimm! I don't see any translation for the Earth Shine / Crescent Moon site: http://fringelo.futatsutomoe.com

I searched for "Earth", "Crescent", and even the web site address. Can you translate their terms? They have some nice facesets for the Actor 3 sheet of characters.

I'm back! Sorry for the long wait. :)

Before I translate the above (and in PM) requested sites, I'm going through all translated terms to manually fix the spoilers and update terms where necessary. It might take a few days, though I'm hopeful I'll be finished by tomorrow.

@Archeia I am planning on translating the images the Tsukumate forum goers use for their terms. If R-F ever gets their own blog/site I'll definitely add them, but for now I think it's more useful if I translate all the possible terms artists/scripters use there.

In other news:

Mochi5445, Hagall, Finch's old homes, Tsukumate, Timelessberry, Monochrome world, TAM Music Factory are all on the request-to-be-translated list.

Appeared from the Pond changed their terms from optional credit to mandatory. (They've also added really cute battlers everyone should check out.)

Cyanyurikago has updated their terms regarding commercial games. Games that use microtransactions are not allowed to use their resources; games with ads are okay. Businesses/Corporations are only allowed to use their stuff if they have permission.

Nakami is down.

Kuremente has updated their terms regarding reposting and commercial usage: you are no longer allowed to repost, nor allowed to use their scripts (after 3 December 2015) in commercial games.

Wingless Seraph has updated and added English terms to their site.

Pixel World has also added English terms to their site.

92/127 terms have been updated. The others terms can't be updated due to a forum bug.

Tsukumate

This one's a bit different. Tsukumate is a Japanese forum that was founded when MV was coming out. As such it has a resource forum with MV material (resources and plugins). It's very similar to FSM, as people post one resource or a few resources in the same theme in one topic. According to the forum rules, they have to use the terms template. I'll be translating this template, so you guys can view any resource/plugin thread and find the terms yourself.

Credit terms:
Credit is optional.
Credit is mandatory.

Commercial terms:
Commercial usage allowed. (You are not allowed to sell the resources as-is.)
Commercial usage not allowed.

I'm trying to figure out the Terms and Conditions for a battler. Here's the link for the terms and conditions. What I need to know is if I can use the battlers for a commercial project, whether or not i may modify them, and who to credit.
