@chaucer I get this error here (I'm using the 1.6.1 version) :

Game Scene Stabilizer - Version 7.2.0

Try to use the 1.5.2 version of MV. This 1.6.1 BETA versions says all: it is a BETA, and it can fail with some plugins until the devs release the code, and give the scripters time to update.
Maybe the problem is with the MV version, and not the plugin. -
@Kvothe when you installed the new version of the plugin were you updating it from a previous version? The issue is saying that one of the parameters in the plugin is undefined, refreshing the plugin should fix the issue, reguardless, I've added a fallback to prevent this from happening, just incase anyone else has the same issue. :)
● Version : 3.0.2
● Date : 22/04/2018
✩ Fixed crash when custom_scenes parameter isn't defined. -
Thank you very much.

Updated! Thank you!

I found a strange thing, if you play ME and then transport to another map, the ME is still playing but then the BGM also plays in the background too. I think this also prevents Stop SE from working, sometimes because when I had the audio on and played through a scene, my SE's overlapped even though I had stop SE command there.
If you have overlay using show pictures, going into menu and back makes the picture overlay gone.
Finally, this is kinda pet peevee of mine but since there's a scene stabilizer function for show pictures, I was hoping this would help take care of one of my biggest annoying things about RPG Maker, if you show picture and then use show picture to change to another picture, there's this part where the picture flashes totally black and transparent and it totally ruins immersion if it's portrait of a person talking. -
Since the two latest updates, i have seen lots of "Now Loading". This did not happen this much in previous versions. Is this unusual, @chaucer?
-
@JamesRyan yeah, sorry about that, this issues, been reported, and I've currently wrote a fix for this, I've just been a little busy to find time to upload it, I'll try to get it done over this weekend, I still need to do a bit more testing before then, as I've added a few extra features to the plugin as well.
@Tuomo L Sorry for the delayed response brother ^^; I'll look into this over the weekend, sorry for the inconvenience :x Things have been pretty hectic lately :/ -
@chaucer
The audio problem that I mentioned causes the battle cries to overlap in this plugin too.
https://atelierrgss.wordpress.com/rmv-battle-cry/
Normally, only one would play per each victory, however with this plugin they all play.
All the audio things don't seem to matter if the audio preload is on or off.
EDIT: Nevermind, that seems to be related to something else. -
Version 3.0 or later shows poor performance in mobile environments.
If possible, can I download version 2.1.2 again? -
Any news on the release of the update for this? :)
-
When can we get a new update, @chaucer ?
-
I apologize to everyone who has been waiting for an update on this, I've been extremely busy for the last several months, so I've been unable to update any of my plugins. However it just happened to be a coincidence that I needed a more refined version of this plugin for the game I'm currently working on, and so I updated the plugin( I promise it works a lot better than version 3.X.X ), Version 4.0.0, is up and running!
● Version : 4.0.0
● Date : 03/10/2018
★ Images are now uploaded to the GPU instead of pausing the scene on scenes start.
★ Now able to preload custom assets in map and battle scenes( see help file under instructions ).
✩ Audio preloading has been removed for the time being.
Also @wjsrudtn001 I'll upload a copy of 2.1.2, if this new version doesn't work well with android ^^ however this version should work much better than all previous versions. -
Thank God i thought you had abandoned this.
But i still realise that there are still lots of "Now Loading" in the latest version  -
Hello, first of all thanks for your wonderful work!
I wanted to tell you that unfortunately with the version 4.0.0 I find too many "now loading", yet the project is light. -
Really sorry bout that, I figured the large delay in loading was due to the project I was working on, as it has many large assets, however I managed to seriously improve loading speed, while also maintaining the fps on scene startup. It took me longer than I expected as I ran into a couple issues with ensuring it works with older versions of rpg maker as well, but version 4.1.0 is up, there shouldn't be any issues with loading anymore. :)
edit : forgot to leave notes.
● Version : 4.1.0
● Date : 04/10/2018
★ The time taken to upload images to gpu has been drastically reduced.
★ Added fallback to prevent game from freezing if scene never stabilizes.
✩ removed some unnecessary code.
P.S. If you find any other problems jsut let me know and I'll do my best to resolve it. ^^ -
I don't know if this classifies as a bug or not. But my dumbass graphics card can't handle WebGL so I've been using the Community Basics plugin to render the game in Canvas. But it seems that this version of Game Scene Stabilizer and it don't like eachother. I get a "Uncaught Typeerror: Cannot read property "width" of null" message when try game testing. The previous version worked just fine with it.
I have tried reorganizing the plugin list, turning on and off likely culprits but it remains as long as Community Basics is on. -
which previous version do you mean, 4.0.0? or was it an older version. If it's just 4.0.0 also which version of rpg maker mv are you using?
-
@Weremole fixed the crash when using a canvas renderer, thanks for catching this issue. :)
● Version : 4.1.1
● Date : 04/10/2018
✩ Fixed a bug that caused crash with canvas renderer. -
In version 4.1.1, i have got this error:
I'm also using Galv's Animated Splash Screen plugin, but this did not happened in the previous versions up to 4.0.0.
