Deathspark's Let's Plays (Closed) It was a hard decision, and I was slightly reluctant to do it. It's happened many times, but this time, it's for real. I'll close this article down soon and there'll be no more Let's Plays now. As stated from my previous post, I had my reasons to quit, not because I wanted to quit. I really enjoyed playing random games here and there even when I commented on how bad certain games were, but I seriously tried my best for creators to notice the mistakes they had made. I also notice I've not been active a lot lately around here, it's due to the fact that I'm constantly way too busy with too many things to the point whereby I'm just overloaded. So that's pretty much all I have to say. tl:dr, this is goodbye. Not from the forums, but to the Let's Plays... Oh uh, I nuked the whole post because I felt that it's not needed anymore since there are no more Let's Plays. Feel free to contact me however if you have any questions. There is one thing I can do for people who still want me to review your game. I am able to play it and give you a full review but no videos. You'll have to PM me however.

You're doing fine, though :)

You missed the crystal at the Shadow of Parthnux Locus in your haste to leave it though XD

You're rushing about a bit too much I think - haven't you noticed that everyone's mana/etc increases as they go up levels?

Zaphilia isn't as bad as you think she is! You've won all of the battles without problems, lol. Her mana regeneration skill is critical near the end, though! You need to remember the use of items - use the 'squishy' party members to give items to the strong ones and recover their mana for their important skills. You cannot rely on skills alone.

In general, it is not unbalanced! IT just requires the use of more than skills and attacking!
1. If you choose either option 3 or 5, I will resume 3. 5 is for, ya know, if you really don't want me to call it quits? @@

2. Hm, balanced huh? Zaphilia just got raped by two hits, yeah, fair... @@ Whatever, we'll see what happens later.

3. Sure thing their mana goes up when they level up, what else does a level up do? XD If squishies are supports, well I'll be damned! I'm going to get rekt faster than I can Let's Play!

4. In conclusion, the game feels like a game of "Please don't hit my supports, please let me buff before you rape my other members!!! D:"

Hi there!

I have been following your videos, but I just don't comment. It's up to you what you would do. If you are having fun doing these playthrough, even though you barely get any views, keep doing it. If you want to take a break, or quit, then that's fine as well. Whatever your heart desires. :D

About the game, I see that you have some difficulties. You can check the quest log again to know your objectives. Just scroll down to the last item; that is your newest objective. Instead of wasting your time trying to escape battles, it will be faster if you just take out the enemies. You are supposed to use special skills, not normal attacks. Your MP will regenerate about 10% at the end, so choose your attacks wisely. About the quiz, you could have simply do a quick search on those characters to find the answer. You should also check the floating advertisement boards when walking around the internet. They contains references, though you might not be interested in them.

If you feel burned out, take a break. Don't just try to get to the end and skip over dialogues, and then not knowing what's going on. A big part of this game is interaction and encountering references. Not that this means anything anymore...

1. Honestly, it's funny to play it. I mean, to see all sorts of anime characters doing stupid junk is fun. This is like a super micro fan made Super Smash Bros, RPG.

2. Fighting may take more time. And a misclick, or tap, whatever may lead to more hazards. Oh, what if suddenly a boss pops out of nowhere, damn XD Well, just my safety precaution whenever I play RPG >w< There was once when I did fight most of the monsters and when I did meet the boss, :/

3. The references are fun, but I'd only like the ones I know where they came from. But good job in including a stockpile of animes. It takes a lot of work, I'm impressed.

4. I make one video a day, so i don't kill myself over this Let's Playing thing. Honestly, every day I am busy with something and once I finish all these games, my parents can stop complaining that I scream at the screen. Well, not the reason why I wanted to stop LPing, but I just need more time for whatever I want to do.

This post is a bit late (I've been inactive for a while), but I really enjoyed the latest Casia LPs. I guess I just enjoy seeing players suffer, in some strange way... o_o

Partly the reason you've been struggling with grinding etc. is because you chose a certain path earlier on which lead to the situation of encountering many strong opponents right at the beginning. You seem to be getting on top of things though. It's certainly entertaining to watch! :)

The direction from which you can best get things progressing is the Snake Forest west from the desert. The enemies there are quite tough, but you could avoid conflict for the time being until you find another town or other important places and treasure.

Also, it's sad to see you're thinking about leaving, as I've enjoyed your LPs (I've watched your videos on other games as well). However, it's your own choice what you decide to do, and only you know what is best for you.

Ah, and the poll ended up with going for a normal playthrough. Thanks for understanding ^w^. I did not expect the majority to choose that choice, so I am glad actually.

Lol. I am glad you remembered conjugation. That indeed is from biology. It's something bacteria can do. ;)

UPDATE: The Adventures of Highschool Students Part 7 <-- About time we say goodbye to this game.

- There was something I forgot to mention in the video. Aside from the sick amount of monsters spawning, I realize Shintoshi City and some maps are torturing the heck out of me with an insane amount of lag and giving me no control on my character. It's troublesome and tedious. This is due to the amount of events on screen. No doubt about it, sure it's good to have loads of stuff around, but to lag the player as a return is just painful! Perhaps find a way to decrease the lag if you really want to keep all this.

Well, I'm deeply sorry. My Let's Plays are coming to an end soon and the thread shall close. I am sad about it too, but that does not mean I can't give you my personal review. If you'd really like my feedback, then yes I can provide you with feedback. Of course, don't expect it to come immediately. Of course, I'll finish them faster than my LP videos, it's just you can't see me complaining live about it.

Also, I found a way to, well, 'minimize' the workload I have. LPing is a major pain in the arsenal because of the painful 30 minute mark. I can go for more minutes, but it'd be way too long. It'd get boring. So, I thought maybe I could have videos that are like, complete reviews. Instead of playing them live, I'll do it like the Angry Video Game Nerd format or the Jontron show format. Ya know, comment on the coolness or bullshitness of the game? Yeah, sort of like that. I can work out one video per week for these kind of videos and it'll cut me some slack. I'll see about it.

In conclusion, I MAY keep the thread alive, but instead of Let's Plays, you get complete reviews. I'll finish the game in one go and give a approx 5-10 minute review format.

Though it's still tentative and like I said, it'd seriously cut me a lot of slack. Plus, I have a camera which can do better than my webcam, so it'd be a plus point there. Of course, I won't be SO professional because I've never seriously done it before, but for me, it allows me to immediately complete the game in one go. Seriously, I love finishing games in one go. Playing one part of another game and another game is a little hard because I can't really memorize the whole story very quickly. Even doing quests can be a pain. That's why I thought this method would be effective and would make me happier because I can take games off the list very, VERY quickly.

I'll make a poll soon when I think the thread will come down soon.

Well, it's my fault too honestly since I skipped the monsters anyway. I bet if I killed some monsters on my way, the battle could have turned out better.

And the new video format does make me happier, I get to insult/praise the games in a much more expressive way than just seeing my face.
