I don't like changing characters, it kinda ruins my strategy. Like, I'd stick to the main party at all times because I know my party well. Changing frequently will make me go like "Ah , that character has that skill, but he's not in combat!". Of course, it depends. Man, you're putting out these things like clockwork now. I'm still saddened that you're giving up on the LPs; it would probably make things simpler if you were to try and find a good balance between making your project and doing LPs. It's what I'm doing currently, and it's really been working out for me. Just take a few days off from your project to record, and then take a few days off from recording to work on your project. That way, you're never really stressing out about anything, which sounds like what's happening...

Remember: the combat system in Z3 is very geared toward 'losing' a character's turn to recover mana through skills or items. Zaphilia's 20-mana recovery spell costs mana for her to use because otherwise it would be slightly overpowered when recovering 20 mana (effectively a skill) to another person. Also, it means she cannot go straight from having no mana to having 20 mana. Also, rather than pressing 'attack', consider the benefit of actually using a 'weak' character to use a mana recovery item on another character instead :) [The game is very very hard if you only rely on basic attacks]

Consideration : Yeah, I'll be leaving the Let's Play scene quite soon, but I thought I may help in terms of reviewing games. It's easier and I can just jot down everything real fast compared to playing while recording because the videos take an unforgiving amount of time just to upload in Youtube :/ I'll see about it once I LPed everything.
P.S. I stayed up until 4am in the morning for this upload. I was almost sleeping at my laptop, but I kinda punched the wall to stay awake... Yeah, it's definitely tapping into my spiritual reserves...

I realize the bane of destruction when processing videos come from videos exceeding 30 minutes. So, I decided to cut the video to 15 minutes each so the processing won't last until milk turns into cheese, which is a major pain in the arsenal. So rules are simple, the moment I accidentally exceed the 29 minute mark, video shall split. Below 25 minutes, I'll just post the whole thing. But usually it'll be around 30 minutes or more.

In any case, regarding Zendir 3's balance: it is balanced, it's just a hard game!

You missed the crystal at the Shadow of Parthnux Locus in your haste to leave it though XD
You're rushing about a bit too much I think - haven't you noticed that everyone's mana/etc increases as they go up levels?
Zaphilia isn't as bad as you think she is! You've won all of the battles without problems, lol. Her mana regeneration skill is critical near the end, though! You need to remember the use of items - use the 'squishy' party members to give items to the strong ones and recover their mana for their important skills. You cannot rely on skills alone.
In general, it is not unbalanced! IT just requires the use of more than skills and attacking!
