This day will not end I guess... :rwink:
23.12.2023
Still much to do, but let's not get into that right now. We go back to the streets, round things up there too! What's missing? First of, we have room where people live or do things, have an alley scene and a very long street we can build. We have some possible places to meet up on a shopping street, like in the coffee shop or the hair stylist, which is nice to have I guess, since both give very good job opportunities. But think about it, furthermore we have a bakery, our ice cream parlor and both next to the playground (...even though you can place everything like you want to, wherever you want), then there is the club and some open restaurant. In between we are missing a very crucial part, that turned out to be a very heavy lifting. But I did it...
The pawn shop will open for you right away and you are now able to sell your stuff in our real setting game world! This guy or gal seems to take anything you bring in. (...even the shady stuff I guess...)... You may have a look at what he got for you too! Need a washing machine, a new laptop or tv? Some clothings or even stuff to enjoy some personal craftsmanship? I really don't know how this all fits in there, but my guess would be this salesperson must have more space somewhere and has literally anything. (...even the occult seems to peak an interest)
For now it's not important, since our bags are stuffed with things we want to get rid of, right? So let's get rid of them and make some coin...
By the way, I did a lights on/off setting. Maybe something happens in the night?!

NOTE:
Like I said every now and then, I will come back and update stuff, when it's necessary or I see an importance in it. For this street setting there was no way around updating the window front. So this is a part of the package for sure. We want to have it nice and matching up in every aspect. At least I try to focus on holding a specific line. I also include one front with the shine of the neon signs of the bar and one without. So you really can decide where to put these shops or in which order. It's a freedom you should have, even though I could imagine multiple different stories in the same area already. Sometimes it's good to know your way around, knowing where to buy or sell stuff and so on... And in the future there will be a lot to discover for sure as the sets get bigger and bigger. And maaan, there is so much that will come... Wait for it! I'm really excited myself, even though I know what's coming...

Extra:
Yes, we've got something extra again! Yayyyy, right? This time, because the streets need your very own creative touch, I give you the shopping street elements in a way you can influence anything. Do some blinds behind the windows, do courtains, do a busstop, do a parasol, use the trees with or without shadow, learn to match up other trees with partial shadows to these street setting styles I provide you with. There is so incredible much potential with everything you have right now, you could do an insane amount of streets. At some point this december calendar ends! That's sad, I know, but I plan to give out stuff every now and then. But still, you should be able to use something that is a little more "raw" matieral, like a new canvas would be. Then you have all the freedom to create, you will ever need.

Please don't forget that selling these - even if manipulated - is NOT part of the deal! You can do your game, earn money with it, I don't care!
But - NO selling - of these assets!
You're welcome to share them for free. I'd like that! And that's the whole point of this. Grow as big as this style can get as fast as it could be possible. Share it like trading cards or stickers like we did when we were kids with each other... That would be the spirit!
