Weather icons!! Ahhhhhh! Someone just needs to lay down some fat synthwave tunes, and then you could have a retro weather forecast in an RPG Maker game. Or…you know, weather system is good too.

I LOVE the weather icons! Not only are they useful, they're so pretty to look at as well. The modular bows look very unique too.

Angelic minions! Angel gang! They probably flutter down the street letting the air out of tires and kicking dogs.

The chibbi angels are just adorable! I want to pinch their cheeks, but I might be thrown down from the Heaven biome for doing that. XD
Doubling the weather icons as spell/skill icons was a great suggestion that I could absolutely make use of. Come to think of it, I do have a day/night cycle and a weather system I have to polish off....
I don't know what else to say, other than beautiful work here, Avery. So polish and crisp. -
Excellent icons, as always, and dual use too! Always a bonus.
The angel battlers are nice and ambiguous - are they there to defend, to tease, or to bring you down? You won't know until you engage with them.

Of course I know the struggle and the design was just too cute to NOT make sprites for them, too!
And it is really the order I made these in, first I just thought, hm, a second angel would be nice, let's see what I can do. And then I thought "Oh well, those deserve to have charsets"

We are more than 1/3rd through advent already! :kaoback:
Normally I try to spread out things that are too similar for more variation along the line, but this year I thought I'd post at least matching pieces back to back, so you can use them as soon as possible.
I am already late, it is past midnight and I just woke up from a "short" post-cookie-baking-"nap", so I keep it short ;D
The angels were just too cute to be only "something to fight", and given they had a sprite now, they needed a face in case they would be used as NPCs or talk to you before/after the battle.
I am really happy with this whole set, honestly, for MZ there are just not that much premade characters to enrich the worlds and I think she turned out cute and will hopefully be useful for a lot of you^^

Did anyone else notice that MZ came without a pizza?!
That is of course something I had to fix!
The set contains the pizza box with the opening animation for each variation, different stages of pizza being eaten and tiles with the pizza served on a plate and servings as well.
Looking at these, I did not even make my favorite pizza xD
While you might already know me for testing wild pizza flavours when I spot them, I usually make one of these when I make homemade pizza (usually with cream or sour cream instead of tomato sauce):
- peperoni, gorgonzola and onions
- ham, broccoli as base and then either garlic and onions or something like mushroom, corn and/or boiled egg
- make the pizza just with cheese and then top with serrano (or similar) ham, arugula and coarsly grated parmesan
Which is your favourite pizza? Do you play it safe or do you have a recommendation of a more unique combination I should try?
