Good job. I've always wondered why are we kind of encouraging AI, since it doesn't fare well with game industry. I mean, lots of developers been laid off due to "the capacity of AI", and if we are not handling this problem wisely from now, the game industry might just...go down in the history

There is a difference between using it for entertainment and/or exploring its possibilities and encouraging it in game making.
Regardless, what will happen (or will not happen) will go far beyond RM and this forum. -
And Archeia clearly meant this to be limited to exploring. No matter which, the mental picture of AI in a developer will or shall always tempt one to resort to AI.

Please DO NOT derail this thread any further.
The last paragraph already mentioned we don't want AI debates in this topic. -
Here, I made this to get the thread started.

Indy + Gemini in Van Gogh style, one of my best IMO.
Who can guess the place? :D

Plaza de Espana for sure :)Indy + Gemini in Van Gogh style, one of my best IMO.

Give that guy a cookie :p
I'll have to make it harder next time -
I'm out of cookies except browser cookies....Give that guy a cookie :p
I didn't know the place, but did saw that one in your status. -
I did post it there before. Here is another one in Spain, harder probably (but "in Spain" is your clue).
Two cookies for who knows the place aha.
-
that would be "Puente Nuevo" because you said Spain, new bridge :D
-
I didn't even know it was called like that. It's not exactly "new", eh.
But it seems to be correct and the town is Ronda, in Andalusia.
Is this one easier? I think it is ;)
-
Well, that was fun for as long as it lasted.
We didn't break any rules, we checked them carefully. -

Post your stuff here. Everything AI is welcome. Including "us as heroes" :thumbsup-left: -
I propose that this topic include a subjective analysis of AI based on European concepts to differentiate an AI edit from an original work. Here is Jaspion in 2D pixel art in the style of Mack RPG Maker...

Do you have a link? I'd love to see that.
I did try a website claiming to identify AI from original images and it was pretty accurate. -
I think I stressed myself out badly, after all you need to have the original image and the edited one to verify if it's "original by the author" or if it's from the AI's own gallery, I don't have links to know how to verify, the image I posted was to illustrate a futuristic detective, a reference to Jaspion, purely made by Gemini.Do you have a link? I'd love to see that.

Nice to see a thread for generative AI since I do have several images made by this method as one medium I use (besides character creators in games and programs). Here is a few of the images I made with some of the generators on Perchance.org, then cleaned them up and enhanced as best I could with various free editing tools as needed:
These are a few images related to Danielle Fox, someone who has been in my dreams for years and I have made several versions of her in various games and programs (I have a list in another thread in these forums), both of these can be found on Deviant Art with more detailed descriptions, and the bottom image was made used as a custom portrait for the game Pathfinder: Wrath of the Righteous.
