Very charming!
Wait, so we can't stick with these characters and get their wedding night outfits? :stickytongue:Let me know, what you'd like to see for tomorrow? We can stick with today's nobility, or move back to fairies or Sci-Fi. -
Oh my! The Sci-Fi Boy was delightfully colorful and perfectly punk. I am getting rave night in a neon bright city vibes and I love it.
The Bride is so gorgeous! I am floored. She could easily pass as a Queen. Or, I think it was mentioned somewhere, as Royalty Bride. Just stunning work on the detail. I would love to use it for something, but I will have to make up an excuse. XD -
Lovely work on the bride, and great detailing. I would never have the patience.
The alternative colour schemes mean that she could be used in lots of different situations. Very useful.
Thank you. -
I love the bride but I demand the groom now! Don't let the poor girl alone in front of the altar, it's not christmasy
-
@GalacticGod Happy to hear that! Can't wait to see it :D
@LunarFlareStudios Thank you. I thought grooms were optional? :p
@ATT_Turan Thanks! And sir, this is a PG13 forum :p
@Guardinthena Oh, you're totally right. He's definitely going to grow up and become a raver. And thanks, glad you like her. Yeah, she doesn't need to be a bride, she can be just a queen or princess, or even a regular noble lady.
@Kes Thank you :wub I don't always know when to stop when it comes to variations, so I'm happy they're appreciated. :)
@Saneterre Glad you love her. Maybe the groom is already there, somewhere in hiding. ;)
It seems there were no preferences today (at least not between the options you could pick), so we're going back to fairies.
The Gale Fairy
Earth. Fire. Water. Air. With this fairy, all four elements are represented. (But don't worry, I've worked and am working on more.) A wind themed fairy was pretty hard, in particular the colour scheme was difficult to figure out, so I went with mostly soft colours. (I used @Avery's fairy bases for this one).

Our first wingless fairy. How does she fly you might ask? Well, that's for you to figure out ;) -
Extreme flatulence? How does she fly you might ask? Well, that's for you to figure out ;)
-
The bride coming in different colors is honestly super legit since not all wedding traditions use white as the dress color. Though, this definitely also doubles as a super fancy and high society lady sprite.
I love how soft and natural the palettes are for the fairies. I think that’d be perfect against the natural tones of the outdoors. -
Whoa, those are awesome! I bet they use their magical wind powers to fly...
-
I missed the bride set... stunning work!
-
Those brides all look lovely, and it’s so nice to have more than just a white gown to choice from! The fairies are adorable, love the colors you chose for them.
-
@ATT_Turan I mean there's no such thing as a wrong answer here :guffaw:
@Ms Littlefish White wedding dress is a recentish tradition anyway. Queen Victoria started the trend among the upper echelons and I read somewhere that Jackie Kennedy popularised it among the masses. And I'm glad you love the colour palette of the fairies :wub
@LunarFlareStudios Thank you :wub Yes, that's my personal headcanon as well.
@Starbird_Resources Thank you! :)
@hiddenone Aww, I'm happy to hear that. Yes, variety is the spice of life. :D And I never know when to stop as today's will show.
Happy St-Nicholas Day
May your shoes be filled with all sorts of chocolate and cookies today. For those who celebrated what did you get? I got mostly chocolate, but also a towel with my name on it. (This is when you know you are old.)
Anyway, I wanted to do something slightly related to Sinterklaas, but that would still be useful to a majority of people. My thought immediately went to chocolates (as they often do :p), and in particular something I wanted to make last year to go with something Avery made. So please welcome our chocolate shopkeepers:

The dress is based on a Lolita dress that was a collab with Meiji Milk Chocolate. (I have the red colourway myself and really love wearing it :wub)From left to right, matching blouse so it looks like a OP, white blouse, brown/red blouse, black blouse.
Please check the spoilers for additional variations! In total today I'm posting 144 sprites (or one sprite with 143 variations if you will).
Red Dress:

We're back to our regular scheduling tomorrow, so what would you like to see: Fairies, SF or option three?Brown Dress:

-
The sprites all look fabulous! I especially love the bride variations and chocolate shopkeeper.
I vote for the mysterious option 3 just because I'm curious as to what it is, not because I don't want to see more fairies or SF sprites. -
You know what? I'm going to vote for option three as well. You always know how to pique my curiosity, and it's always worth it!
-
I never would have thought to use soft pastel colors, well, in general. You pulled it off spectacularly with the Wind Faeries. You should be proud of your work. And how do they fly? Magic, of course! They are fae after all.
The Chocolatier Girls are just adorable! Makes me want to open a Chocolate shop in my game just to have an excuse to use her. -
So many wonderful shopkeeper variations, I've had to create a separate folder for them. Great work. Thank you.
Option three for me. -
I think you fell in love with your chocolate shopkeeper
-
If that was my work uniform, I’d probably really like working at that chocolate shop. Adorable!
-
If I'm posting late, it's because I went to see Wicked.I'm not late, but I did still go and see Wicked. It was very enjoyable :D
@SeaPhoenix I'm happy to hear that you like them. :wub
@LunarFlareStudios Well, hope your curiousity will be sated today. ;)
@Guardinthena Magic is always the correct answer. Thank you for your kind words. I'm happy to hear it :wub
@Kes Thanks! I didn't realise I had made that many until I started uploading them. :aswt: I'm glad I stopped myself from even more variations (in the headwear department).
@Saneterre I mean the dress is based on one I own myself and dearly love, so yes you're right :D
@Ms Littlefish I know right! I'm lucky enough not to have a work uniform, so I just dress like this anyway. :p
All that Jam*
I promised you all the stuff from my Spooky Month entry Pumpkin Decorating and here it is:

The tiles were specifically made to go with @Avery's Granny tiles.
But wait that's not all, I also edited a Kasey sprite, so she looks a bit more casual:

And that's about it for Pumpkin Decorating. Not much as I mentioned before, so let's combine it with some other jam resources. These come from my Harold 2023 entry Detective Who?:
First up we have some alternative clothing for Reid (detective), Priscilla (assistant) and Eliot (informant).

And then we have matching busts to go along with those.

And lastly, two more sprites that I thought I had shared before, but apparently I didn't: It's kiddo Reid and Priscilla. In my personal headcanon, they're royalty. ;)

And that wraps this day up. What shall we be seeing tomorrow: fairies, SF or are we picking secret option three once more?
*No actual jam included. -
Fantastic!! I really liked the tiles in your jam game. I really loved that wall paper in particular (and the beams on the wall). Adds a lot of texture in a more subdued way.
