Slim's this and thats -MZ edition-

Damn, slim! Top notch stuff right here! I'm really loving the work you've done on Reid, Priscilla, and Michelle. And maybe it's just from years of searching them when hunting for items in Dragon Quest, but that pot speaks to me.

Eh, depending on our ages, it might just be something you never got to experience. I dug deep into the past for that reference; a very old episode of Power Rangers, to be precise. Way back in the Mighty Morphin' era.

Those darker wood tiles are lovely, and I love all the variations for our favorite heroes! Definitely prefer Michelle and Kasey with their fantasy hair colors. :kaoluv:

You could say: "... and it's got handles." There are far fewer pots like that than you might think. Perhaps that's why it speaks to Sword_of_Dusk.

Great variations and I particularly like the hue shift for the wood.

@Kes You might be on to something there. Handles on pots are kinda rare.

Fairy6 is my favorite fairy. I love those recolored fairies with their busts and emosets. And then the tiny recolored fairy sprites to match. Perfection! Mushroom fairies and gnomes will look terrific in any forest, or maybe even an alchemist's colleague. It's also nice to have a younger king version and working him in the @Tonbi's tall king version was especially appreciated. And still more tall versions. Very cool! And then there are the MV characters edited to MZ theme colors. No more clashing when using characters from each engine. :) Let me add my kudos to creating an older queen to match the older king. I definitely appreciate having true generational distinctions. I'm with @hiddenone. Therese is my favorite MV character as well. And more captains, sailors, pirates and a REAL pirate ship! Huge shoutout for that pirate ship! Love all the village and urban kids as well. I always adored the cat girl, but I'm not particularly fond of cats, so removing those ears makes her all the more special to me. Nice job as well with the Count and Dark Elf. Gothic Lolita is such a fun character. Recolors of the MZ main characters came out great. Merry Christmas to you. And, yes, I'll definitely soon be playing your jam game as well as all the other submissions. I'm sure it will be a very difficult vote.

@Sword_of_Dusk Glad you like their new looks! Yeah, I have no idea if I ever actually watched Power Rangers. If I did probably like an episode or two, with no idea what it was about. :aswt:
@hiddenone Ooh, I feel like I know a guard who'd enjoy that. ;) It's such a weird choice to recolour Kasey's hair to purple. I guess she's a modern artsy type?
@OmnislashXX Oh, it's pretty easy. Just add the icons you need as a character sheet or as a tile.
@ATT_Turan Well, unless she's in her goth phase. (Maybe I should make some tiles for that, hmm)

I love the ice fairies. I envision the Ice Queen with her castle being guarded/managed by the ice fairies. Yes, it's starting to take shape in my mind. :) A great finish to a wonderful Advent gathering. :_

There's so much cute stuff in your advent calendar, and your costumes for Reid and the other characters were so fun. I'm impressed you were able to participate in a game jam at the same time too - congrats and Merry Christmas!

The beds were great really great too!

That Black cat and the Frost fairy were really my favorite. Awesome work.

The Minecraft bedroom was still my favorite day.

That ice fairy was a good finish. Quite wonderful, I must say. As was the entire calendar. My favorite days is a tie between the Gothic Lolita and the massive home upgrade (and that awesome pot!) from yesterday.
