totally love your scripts it realy makes RPGMVXA way better
I am just teaching self how to do this so been 6 months on and off and I really love it.
I totaly am enjoying yanfly scripts I am just messing about making game for me and friends nothing comercial....yet...
so I am just now starting to try use your battle scripts to ful extent
i was wondering does anyone have any links to yami's manual for battle symphony ?
is animated battlers ok to run with symphony?
it seemed like the 8d battlers script i found on a demo for symphony that script did not seem to be able to walk diagonally so i loaded HIME's 8d script and now my char walk diag also?
biggest thing why i wanted to know about the manual (which is referenced in the Yami tutorial on this forum)
i need try understand all the possible commands / tags
i really love demos, (but text manual ok also) i have ADD so i am able to learn it easier with good demo. where i can pick it apart and see how it works...:) thanks again to Yanfly they rock, :guffaw:

The link to Yami's Battle Engine Symphony scripts and manual can be found here :

You have to place the 'add-on' scripts below the main battle script. For example, if you want to use Holder's style animated battlers, you have to use the add-on holder battlers script.
A very elaborate guide to Yami's Battle Engine Symphonia can be found here :

Thanks a ton. thats exactly what I needed. The post it links in forums here doesn't have all the tags well listed like that manual does. super cool. now all I need do is figure out what other yami script I need get rid of - because i have animations / scripts that seem to have plug and play effects. so i seem get like a charge up sound and graphic goes over the char even when shooting gun eek. but that manual link is gona be super big help. there is soo much to learn here eeep.

Battle animations and its sound effects can be adjusted, added or removed in your database. The default animations will look odd with the sideview battlers. You will have to change them to suit your needs.
Take your time to learn it. You will be able to get it to work the way you want it to with time and perseverance. The end result is worth it.
Glad to have helped you. Good luck!
