May I ask if it is compatible with Yanfly's Grid Free Doodads? 90% of my maps have it and I have a lot of maps built.
Edit: Sadly it doesn't, (Or maybe I'm just missing something?) but it'd look freaking awesome if it did.
Here's a vid.

Edit: I found Waterguy's post from the previous pages and have tried to apply it, and I can definitely say it adds major improvement.
There are some visual glitches here and there, but nothing gamebreaking, I'll list them below together with a video If anyone would be kind enough to help me out. =)
Edit: here they are.
For the above video:
0:00 Some of the trees esp. the ones located near the bottom of the map are going beyond the map boundary. Possible solution I thought of would be just to simply delete the problematic trees. (some of them were placed using a different anchor setting using Yanfly's grid free doodads plugin)
0:13-0:20 Green colored screen Flickers,
Solution is to set NEAR_CLIP_Z to 0 in the plugin
0:20 The earth bridge at the middle of the map (which is a regular B-E tile set as an overhead tile) above the players head is flickering. Possible solution I can think for this is to turn the bridge to a Doodad instead.
0:24 Trees are obstructing the view?* Solution is to set NEAR_CLIP_Z to 0 in the plugin
With regards to Yanfly's Grid Free Doodas plugin, Ulramode7 plugin together with Waterguy's add on seems to work particularly best with small to medium doodads(like trees for example) that are not the size of buildings like in the video above.
Other than that, it's great as it ads visual impact for your maps. I'm definitely going to use this for some of my forest maps, as they work best with this plugin for me.
Edit: So I applied some of the solutions I thought up above and I'm glad to say almost all of them got resolved except for the Green colored screen flickers which i suspect is caused by the trees, (or grass?). now I'm stumped on what to do next.
here's an updated video to see my problem.
Edit: tried the set the NEAR_CLIP_Z to 0 and it fixed the remaining problem, Now it's working flawlessly, thank you very much!
Below is the updated video with no other problems encountered so far, it is even compatible with Terrax Lighting! overall this plugin is pretty sick with regards to adding depth to your maps. I'd consider this the next big thing after I found out about Yanfly's Grid Free Doodads plugin.
My heartfelt gratitude to the author and hope that this plugin will continue to be supported.
