RTP Edits

I did a little bit of digging but didn't see much, but is there anywhere where there is a set of RTP edits that just has things like the furniture adjusted to fit the walls better, maybe some better grouping of things, stuff like that? I know it's not the hardest thing in the world to do, but it is very time consuming, especially when I'm not the best with graphics software.

And can these be used for commercial use?

There are a bit of adjustments like that and a bit more clusters here on the forums, but I don't recall seeing those compiled to tileset sheets. When adjusted to walls, the furniture takes more space in the tileset sheet and as such need in most cases to be made specialized for the very specific needs of the user. 

Indrah has some very nice tutorials that I think I remember had some RTP edits in them.
