Resources for Non-Commercial and Commercial Use

I know some people have either decided to go commercial with their project, or are on the fence about it. I also know that not everyone has access to artists, spriters, scripters, etc, but this community is awesome enough to give to its fellow members. This post will help everyone gather resources that are either available for both non-commercial and commercial OR have very specific prices set (as in Victor Sants scripts).

To the people that make these resources: if you are on here and do not want to be, please let me know and I will remove you. Conversely, if I have not added your resources yet and you want them added, please let me know as well.

I think this is an excellent idea Shinma, if you think my music can be useful I'll be more than happy to collaborate ( my requirements for commercial use are not that bad I think ), if not, that's okay, no worries  :) .

I see that you have a sfx section. In case that you need sound effects you can always check soundbible.com and freesfx.co.uk and others like that, most of them offer decent quality effects and with a variety of licenses.

I didn't see Terms of Use for Indrah's stuff, so I haven't linked it yet. I will send a message and found out. :)

There doesn't seem to be place for backgorunds and my lonely parllaxes doesn't get enough shinelight :(  it is also made freeware so maybe you can add it your list to help it become more viewble :D

I would just like to mention the RM Coalition puts out resources for commercial use every so often. You can find our thread in the General Resources section on this site. Didnt know if that was the kind of stuff you wanted, but I thought I would mention it.

Considering this is in general resources, might we expect some XP resources listed as well? :)

@Slimmmeiske2 - I intend to add some XP resources for sure! I am kind of ashamed that I have not put any up yet, but they will be added soon! :D

Update - I added a few XP resource links. I will continue to add more in the future. Sadly I have had no free time for about the past 10 days.

(I'd like to note that anything on my Deviantart page that refers to RPG Maker that is a gift for someone else is NOT for use in either or. In other words, don't use anything that is gift art without my permission, as well as the one whom I made the sprite for.)
