Some new character pieces all whipped up and ready. Based on a request, here are some witch hunter pieces for the female base (male version to follow later).
I like the brigandine on the rogue, will be very versatile.
I have a question regarding weapons. Would it be okay using weapons from the female template for males? Like using the valkyrie spear for a male character. I've been doing it and think it looks okay but wanted to see what you think.
I haven't come across any issues so far doing that. Same with some select pieces of armour that would realistically look the same worn on either gender. For stuff like dresses and tight fitting leather it's different though.
@HasdrubalBarca - The pieces weren't really meant to be mixed around like that in terms of swapping male and female parts since they are both build onto different shapes. With that said, it is a gradual process to make the outfits for both genders, something I am playing catch-up on right now. I just now did the female version of the Beastmaster:
@BloodletterQ - If you are just trying to recolor a small portion of the image and not the whole thing, then open it up in GIMP or Photoshop, create a new layer, set that layer to color, then paint over the section of the image you want to change colors.
Haven't added any updates in a bit! Got a bunch of new tiles whipped up (all manners of cavern pieces, rocks, new flora, and more) and new character pieces. Some new software is being whipped up by Martin to handle all the character-making needs, and additional map-making software. He's amazing!
Just finished up some new Orc character pieces! The Orc base can be mixed and matched with the human bases and can use all of the same equipment (and human characters can use this dark-themed armor as well!)
Whew - Due to buying a new house, moving, renovating, etc, we were without internet for about two months. In the meantime, I have been working on a slew of new WW2-themed assets. They mix well with the Mythos-era stuff, but a lot of pieces could easily be used in a fantasy or more modern setting as well - brick and wood building ruins are pretty universal that way!
