Pictures needed for underwater area

Hi. Sorry. I've been on so many forums that I get confused with what rules are for what forums. I'm not used to all the different ways people run forums and don't really read the rules, as I thought they are to basically be respectful, which I always try to be.

Anyway, I saw another thread and they were asking about how to do an underwater themed look. I don't have any photo editing tools at the moment, and I was wondering if someone could give me a picture and a run down on how to set it up in game.

@John1991 Maybe edit your post to include a link back to the thread you are talking about, as just saying "an underwater picture" is not giving enough information. Someone might think you meant a picture of the sea bed, or of drowned buildings, or...
