  1. Try browsing to RPGMaker MV's local files from within Steam? The listed location is the default, but it can be basically anywhere since it depends on where you've told Steam to store your games.

Or you could find it with Spotlight. Just type in "RPG Maker MV" and the app should pop up. Hold the Command key while double-clicking it and it'll open the folder it's in.

Only if you hold one of the special keys (don't remember which one, apple, control, select or whatever) while clicking on the app, you get an additional context option asking you if you wish to explore the inside of the app folder.
    It's control-click (or right-click if you have a two-button mouse, or two-finger press on a trackpad).
  2. The location I showed WAS from within Steam.

Spotlight can't find an MV app anywhere on my system either, the only thing on my Mac that can be used for starting the game up is the project file that I saved, which automatically opens Steam.
  3. If you double-click the project file, does MV open? If you have it open, you can command-click it on the Dock to locate the app.
  4. Ah, THERE IT IS! You deserve a medal for that, lol.
