  1. @OroKabuShipper not sure if you've tried it yet, but WinZip extracts Rar files. If you use WinZip for zip files it shouldn't pose a problem when extracting rars. Unless you're using another program for your zip files?

I use a Mac, personally, and use Extractor for both Zip and Rar files and have never had a problem or virus. But, of course, that's mainly due to the Mac.
  2. @OroKabuShipper  I'm just used to Rar files, so I tend to use them.  I think palinskyjoe's right about WinZip, but here's a Zip file for my kitchen sink pack if you still can't get Rar files to cooperate.

Thanks a bunch! I'll start looking for Winrar soon, so this problem doesnt keep happening. It's a freeware program, yeah?
  4. Sorry, i havent looked at the downloads yet, so if this is already there, then please excuse me. But:

Do you take requests? Because I think the generator could use a bunch of helmets in different styles. All the way back to the xp days helmets have been too few and far between!!!! Characters can equip helmets. '_' why can't sprites? Lol But anyhow. We need helmets! :)
  5. I think there needs to be more beastman types. Various cats, various canids, a rat beastman would be good. Also, I noted that when clothing has gloves, it tends to cover the snout.
  6. Hey. I'm having trouble installing this. I tried to click 'n' drag it into the generator folder, but none of the assets work. The images show up in the menu, but they don't actually appear on the sprite, portrait, or anything when I select them. What am I doing wrong? This was with the 1.3.2 version, but I tried the other older version and it didn't work either. It made it so that all the icons were all shuffled around. While some parts from your assets were there, they never had the right pictures and weren't all there.
  7. @Ashouse I do take suggestions, but I don't make promises about being able to make things anytime soon.  Helmets are a bit difficult, because of how the hair sticks out in certain hairstyles, but I guess I can figure something out.  Were there any in particular you were thinking, or just all sorts of helms?

@Diretooth  I agree that more beastmen would be good, it's on my list.  They just take a lot of time to get right, so it tough to make a lot of them.  The glove issue is due to how the generator works, unfortunately I haven't come up with a good way to deal with it besides just suggesting not to have beastmen wear outfits with gloves.

@Kaillys  I'm not sure why you're having issues, which pack did you download?  It kind of sounds like you may not have updated your MV to the newest version, in which case my newer pack wouldn't work.  If the pictures don't match then you need to check that things are all numbered properly and match up.

  8. @hiddenone - Yes, just a variety like mongolian, a typical full plate helm (fantasy style not the real life historical, pointy nose style). An open face helm. A great helm, like fantasy vikings! :) As far as the hairstyles go, it would be up to us to choose an appropriate hair style for the helmet, or just make the character bald, and let the helmet cover their poor bald head. We could always make one set of graphics with helmet, and one set with hair, if the story called for a character to take the helmet off. It wouldn't have to be perfect, as beggars can't be choosers. Lol, thanks for hearing me! Promises or no, I'm excited to see what you come up with, if you come up with anything. If not I might take a stab at it. Problem being I'm not a great pixel artist. :(

Edit: Just downloaded and played with editor. Wow, this stuff is really great! From my own experience, I can see many hours in all of this. Thank you for that. You've made a new fan! ;)

What if I were to suggest a couple style of helmets that I would Equip in the Generator and never intended to use the hair parts for?.. Would that be ok for you?

The generator does seem to have a serious lack of Helmets. :(
  10. @MiacuroNot just the generator. All the way back to xp. Xp had like 3 or 4 in the whole rtp. I guess helmets havent been a thing in the last 20 years. :D
  11. I like your spider design a lot, I'll probably still make my own though, its the little things.
  12. i downloaded the Anthromorphic  beasts in Generator Pieces (this forum).

I have no idea on how to add Generator Parts, i read on how and tried. but it don't show up. me 1st time using a LapTop(windows10) so  i no idea on how to handle this.

when i downloaded "Click me!" , i downloaded "beastmen-hiddenone.rar" i see a paper with the up-right corner bend alittle icon, and when i double click on it says "what do i want to open with?" , which i no idea what it means.

is there a site/video explaining on how to add stuff to Generator? or a link that explain this.

i already know how to get to RPG Maker MV Generator files, but no luck to add things in it.

    Thanks.
  13. First, you need to find the Generator folder. Next, you need to use Winrar or similar program to open the .rar file. After that, you copy the files over to the corresponding generator files. If you did it correctly, the gen parts will be usable via the character generator in the program.
  14. I love the hair... if only I could open the file they are in :(

    ? :)

I made my comment before seeing this :)  thank you... currently working with this very program
  17. Your work is awesome! I used some of the generator parts and sprites, and I'll also properly credit everything in the making of my game.

Anyways, I saw that you have a Black Hood, but do you have an overall Hooded Cloak?  Some of my characters need this costume so I tried making one myself, unfortunately, it failed pretty badly... :(

I dunno how to encase the picture within a Spoiler, sorry.

If you have the time and if it interests you, can I request it? It's ok though if it doesn't, no pressure. :)

Thanks again for the awesome gen parts! I'll properly credit at the end of my game.
  18. Thanks to all of these, my beast kingdom will come to life!  :thumbsup-left: :D
  19. Truly excellent stuff, some of which I didn't even know I needed! Those centaur sprites single-handedly sparked an idea for an entirely new segment of my game's story. Wonderful, wonderful work here.
