Deathspark's Let's Plays (Closed) It was a hard decision, and I was slightly reluctant to do it. It's happened many times, but this time, it's for real. I'll close this article down soon and there'll be no more Let's Plays now. As stated from my previous post, I had my reasons to quit, not because I wanted to quit. I really enjoyed playing random games here and there even when I commented on how bad certain games were, but I seriously tried my best for creators to notice the mistakes they had made. I also notice I've not been active a lot lately around here, it's due to the fact that I'm constantly way too busy with too many things to the point whereby I'm just overloaded. So that's pretty much all I have to say. tl:dr, this is goodbye. Not from the forums, but to the Let's Plays... Oh uh, I nuked the whole post because I felt that it's not needed anymore since there are no more Let's Plays. Feel free to contact me however if you have any questions. There is one thing I can do for people who still want me to review your game. I am able to play it and give you a full review but no videos. You'll have to PM me however.

Final boss is hard? Don't worry, you're doing it right, if final boss is hard, the final boss is done correctly because he is in fact the final and the badassest boss right? Well, not too hard until you can't finish it, that's all I hope.

NOTE: I forgot to announce this, my school has begun and that means homework homework homework... Yep... It's my last year in school so I must full throttle in my studies! I will only make videos on Saturday and Sunday only, maybe 2 videos a day, but depends on how busy I am.

UNNECESSARY NOTE (Not important) : Thanks to everyone's games, I have analyzed the best methods of RPG Making and seeing my old project fail, I want to revive it again and make sure it's enjoyable and excellent as the games most of you presented. I thank all of you for letting me LP your games and I hope more and more people would submit their games to me for you to observe and learn and for me to enjoy and learn from it. :)

If you feel like you are forced to make the video, and you have a lot of work/homework to do then I would say: Take a break from the LPs! It's your time, and If you feel tierd and need more time for your homework then that's what you should do. We will be here waiting for you to upload anyway, doesn't matter if it will be a bit later than usual :)

Just saying that you shouldn't feel forced to do the videos, if you have more important things to do. That said I really enjoy your videos, but I would rather wait a bit longer for them than having you being punished for forcing yourself to record.

If I don't work hard, then you guys too won't work hard, so don't worry about me. :)

I'm used to work under a huge amount of stress. I don't feel forced, don't worry. If I truly failed to record, I will try and replace it in a way.

But thank you for understanding. This year is my last year I shall be in school, so I have to do my best to not mess it up, my future lies within this exam.

Aaah! That damn glitch in Akira's houseeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee.

It's fixed in the demo version I've yet to upload but I still feel like a doofus that it existed. Luckily, the house contains nothing actually worth seeing beyond funny booknames and an interaction with a character who's basically awesome later on.

There was a tile blocking you access to the second mini-boss in the mines which has since been resolved too. The boss itself is (arguably) harder than the Blue Death's Petal, but he does have some armour for you to get and some plot stuff to see. I've set it all so that you'll always be able to get back to the mines from any point in the demo, though, so its all good. Plus with the titanite blade he should actually be fairly easy.

If you think Addenda is hard right now, you are SOOOOOOO lucky you never saw the first versions of it. Oh man. Even I will admit that was nothing but cruelty. But as it is now I really do feel that all the difficulty in combat just comes from a lack of experience rather than X enemy being too tough. I mean, the two hardest enemies you saw (BDP/Mature Mt. Spider) were entirely optional too. Well, maybe not BDP because of that amazing weapon you get.

lol, I quitted Dark Souls... I suffered so much and I understood why my uncle even gave it to use for free...

HL looked promising until the combat. :\

The houses are way too big and the story is overall meh. And the very very low hit % is a huge turn off. I mean, what's so wrong about 100%/5%?

Don't worry, it's normal for beginners who first use RPG.

Oh noes. That was such a close battle between you and Saf. In fact he had less than 10% health remaining when your team got killed. So it was very close and unlucky that he started spamming that disabling attack a lot (hence why I said anti-disable gear is useful in this fight), but otherwise you've done everything right. You've been using buffs a lot and regularly healing your team members. I had pretty much all the testers and players comment that he was a tricky boss. Do you reckon I should update the game and make him slightly easier or is he fine as he is?

I was actually tinkering with the low hit% to make each job class seem more different, such as Warriors, like what Lyon was in Deathspark's vid, having low accuracy while other job classes such as Archers and Snipers having high accuracy. Needless to say, it was a little(understatement) stupid for me to put class difference over fun, though. =P

But anyways, I've already fixed that problem and now all actors begin with a 90% hit rate that can be raised through leveling or the allot system, along with the beach having its stupid high encounter rate reduced. So now that I've got the main issues fixed, the game should go smoothly from now on.

Oh, and I'd definitely watch Deathspark making a Dark Souls LP, my sadistic instincts demand it.

Nope, not necessary. I know he's defeatable, I'll defeat it in the next play, of course, I'll begin recording after I see it's death!

You know, you guys have Christmas, this is our, well, Christmas! XD So, please understand! As much as I want to make a long livestream, I can't because HOMEWORK... MUDDAFROGGING, HOMEWORK! JUST, DAMMIT! It comes in everyday, no, literally, my teacher never misses a shot, whenever she comes in, expect homework, hard ones too... Ones that can take one or two hours and exhaust you, not to mention that's just ONE teacher, find two more teachers like these, what do you get...?

The Last Prince Part 6 <-- Cliche-ness...

WAIT A MINUTE DEATHSPARK!

Two parts in one day?! Hey! Where's my game?

CALM DOWN PEOPLE, LET ME EXPLAIN!

As you can see, I've played the game in one shot.

I played 50 minutes non stop, and this is why:

1. It's easier this way because I don't have to switch here and scrap!

2. The creator can see more.

3. I tend to play very long in games, sometimes 30 minutes can't cut it! (Especially games like Lost Greenlight where you wanna F****** know the story...)

Cool! Polls! I've decided to vote against the livestream since it always lags massively for me when I try to watch it, plus also it's probably easier on you to just make the videos in your own time. For the others I just voted the last option.
