As long as you own RPG Maker MZ, you can put it into your maker, sure thing.
And here are some helpful tutorials that explain all the basics, including importing custom tilesets into your project:

Candacis, did you by chance update your lovely library tileset from VX to MZ? I can't seem to resize it well without it blurring and standing out.
Thank you!!!! -
She did not, but if you need a library, I had one in my advent calendar last year.

Hey sorry, I'm new here and I've never downloaded files for RPG Maker before. If it's not too much to ask, how do I 'download' these files?
Do I copy each picture into a folder, or is there a simpler way? If that's how it's done that's cool, I just feel like I'm missing something.
EDIT: I think I answered my own question, my bad. -
So, while I was working on something else for some reason I wanted to map a rundown apartment (I blame @Dalph vintage tv), noticed that I can't map with these weird sf autotiles MZ has and edited some new ones.
You can find the autotiles in my starting thread as always, under: A2 Inside, A4 Inside and A5 inside.
edit: added the horizontal wooden floor as well -
@Candacis
Very nice, I especially like the wooden floor and the old imperfect carpet. Now that I look at them closely, these tiles sort of have a vintage look as well, haha.
And yes, the MZ RTP is weird, some walls and floors look a bit off and out of perspective, sometimes I can't tell which is which.
I always enjoyed using your resources, since VX ACE. Keep them coming. Thanks. -
Hi, i'm new here. How do you download these assets?
-
You can right-click on each picture and choose "Save Image As". Then choose where to save the image in the dialog box that pops up. A lot of assets here save that way.

Okay, I thought I would do a little surprise for all you halloween fans. The lovely @Avery always shares her adventcalendar progress with me and I long wanted to try out something similiar, but I'm always at my family before and during christmas and have little time to do an adventcalendar. Also, I'm not as crazy as Avery.
That's why I'm doing a countdown to Halloween!
Why a 10 day countdown? Just because I returned from my vacation today and that's the time I have.
Will I do this again next year? Don't know, maybe, maybe not. It was a fun thing to do, but also ate a looot of my free time.
Anyway, enjoy. Terms are the same as for all my stuff. If I have time, I will do a zip file at the end, will see.
And I should probably add that this will be all tiles and nothing but tiles. I'm not as good/interested with sprites or faces, battlers etc.
Has this happened to your level 1 adventurer before? They want to buy something at the weapon or armor shop, but everything looks super expensive?
No more!

@Candacis
I really appreciate your mentioning, support, feedback and everything, I think it's the best attitude to have among resource creators. It encourages everyone to create more and do it better too. Please make a support banner for your resources so I'll add it in my signature.
And btw your stuff is awesome as usual, I'm thrilled (and spooked) to see what you'll come up with for Halloween! Thanks for using very creatively my skull icon too! -
This is a great idea, and I always love your tiles, so thank you for all your work.
-
@Dalph @Kes Thank you both for your kind words!
For this day I made A2 autotiles. Once again I tried to make a grass tile for MZ, but this time purely MZ and no blend with MV tiles.
The base was some sort of plant tile from the B outside tab, but often after I'm done with it, the origin is hardly recognizable anymore.
Thank @Avery for 2 more grass recolors since she suggested it.
Anyone who thinks recolors are quick to do, has not yet spend waaaay too much time setting up files in order to smoothly recolor. Not only the grass tile itself, which is easy, but then also the grass around the pathways, and every combo with the other different pathways and so on. It takes a while.
And since only grasstiles are not useful enough, a bunch of other autotiles, too. I didn't have time to make some fitting watertiles for it, but I plan to do it (some day).

That grass looks sooooooo awesome, thank you for sharing!! :kaojoy:
-
@raffle Thanks! I hope, you find some use for the grass.
Okay, today you will see a typical result of my usual process editing tiles. First, this is only roughly 30% of what I had as ideas in my head. Sadly, not all ideas get realised. Most of the time this is a time issue. I wanted to do way more tent variations, I wanted to do an inside version as well, animated entrances etc., but you only have so much free time and energy.
Second, I never know when to stop. If I could I would do dozens of tent variations and add-ons and so on. @Avery usually drags me away from one of my projects so I can re-focus on something else (we have a lively discord chat :D ). I also love re-colors since they are basically some form of variation and that's why you get those, too.
People who used my VX Ace tiles back in the day will probably start recognizing some stuff. I thought halloween is the best time to resurrect some of my old VX Ace tiles.
The extra tent stuff is just the tent without the rope fixings and with a shorter entrance.

Aww, loving those grass tiles. They're so colourful, gives me comfy farm vibes. And the armor shop tileset is such a cool idea. Looking forward to the rest of your scarecalendar!

The grass texture looks so awesome, thank you!!
