I love the armor set icons, I just wish there were some gloves to go with them.

Somehow I always post such large things when I'm too tired for a long description, but I always don't want to wait after sleeping Dx

Some parts are edits of icons I already made, so don't worry if you recognize something ;3

Edit:

I often feel like there are the most variations for swords. In the RTP there are only three bows (and a crossbow) and most game use the same icon for every kind of bow.

As with the potions there would've been a much simpler option if I just made bows and arrows to combine.  But well, then the bows wouldn't be really modular xD

Without doubt I can say this time that there are far beyond 10000 options, Maybe even over 100000, depends on how you count. You can lay the arrow over the bow, behind, and you can mix and match the middle parts. Eh, hard to explain, but you can mix two of the middle parts to have an asymetric bow. And so on. It looks simple, but as you can see, it's the kind of simple that gives you very much content if you need it :3

It's going to be possible to make some stunning bows with those pieces.  Thank you.  Great work, as always.

Avery, I looked through your things but didn't see a magic lamp (like Aladdin's.)


I know the RTP has one (a bit teapot-ish), I was just wondering if you did?

What I think sets your icons apart from other people's is that no matter how small something is, it is always instantly recognizable.  That radish can only be a radish (though you might call it something different in other countries - I mean the small red root salad plant.)

And modular plants?  I hadn't thought of that, but now that I've seen the possibility, I wonder how I ever managed without.

@Avery, I feel that you are more comfortable for the little icons than large icons. Did you find large sizes hardest to do? However, this remains a very good job! (personally I prefer your small icons but it's just my personal taste xD)

Eh, I prefer the smaller ones because they are faster and much more used, that's the only advatages. I like doing the large ones, too, they just need a lot more time because they are four times the size of the smaller ones... and there are not many people using them. I keep the collection growing, so maybe there is one day more use for them (Playm has made an Ace Menu System using those and an XP Achievment System where you can use them, too, but there are not much more scripts supporting them).

I was looking for a sword slash skill icon but cannot find, so can you make one like this? I cannot find a proper reference, but if you want a better image then tell me ^^' It can a full body man (no need to mention the clothes btw; he can be stick man like because I just need to mention the skill :> ) with slashing upperwards with a simple basic sword.


24*24; Ace style and icon be of black color (the color of RTP's lines) :)

First part of "Fruit, Vegetables, Nuts, whatever" x3

I collected some ideas and made a list, those are the ones I have finshed. There will be a second part, but I think I won't have the time to finish all suggestions today so I'm going to split this topic^^'



I: pineapple slice, orange I, orange II, apricot I, apricot II, star fruit I, star fruit II, mangoI, mango II, cherry

II: peanut I, peanut II, chashew, almond

III: aspargus I, aspargus II, artichoke, zucchini

IV: manioc

Pineapple slice is nice, (maybe a pineaplle would also be fun) :p

Orange is fantastic, I like how you use the palette to make it look it shiny and round.

apricot is like OMG I wanna eat it!

Star fruit is also cool

Mango!!! I love mango and this is a real accurate representation, I see you did a lot of work with it, many colors, shining line... I am speechless.

Cheery is an all time classic. At last, someone who puts a leaf behind it to make a good contrast. I like your idea!!!

manioc OH! I have no idea what this is... is manioc ginseng root maybe? Wait for me to google it.... NOPE. But ginseng root could be agreat add on. ;)

I love these food items.

I, too, had to google manioc and I never knew until now that cassava and tapioca were the same thing.  See - not only are my eyes delighted, but my general knowledge is fed as well.
