Any clue if these tilesets can be used in commercial games?

    Hi everyone,

    First of all Im sorry if this isnt where I shouldve posted it, but I'm really not sure.

    Anway, I found these amazing tilesets which fit my game perfectly, but I cannot find any ToS:

    I've searched his profile, read all the comments and from what I've seen he is no longer active.

    Does anyone know him by any chance, possibly under a new nickname? Maybe he moved to Deviantart or something like that? I'd love to get in touch with him, as even though I'm planning to keep my game free I don't like the exclude the possibility of going commercial at one point.

    I'd be happy to buy the tileset or give my game to him for free to him or anything else... I just really don't want to be a petty thief even if the thread is over 3 years old.

    Icy has a thread on here with the same stuff. In it he says they can be used commercially but he wants a copy of the finished game.
