Yanfly Engine Ace - Skill Restrictions v1.02 (limit skill uses)

    I am having a problem with Yanfly's Skill Restrictions script. Every time I put <limited uses: x> on a skill note tag, the skill is locked forever. I've tried recovering my HP to see if that would help, but nothing. It would be cool if I did rest up the skill would come back to normal but once its all used up, you can never use it again. The script says after a battle is over you can reuse it again, but that's not true from what I have been experiencing... This could made for a cool ammo type system in my opinion. Can anyone please help me figure out why the skill is forever restricted?
