Worried about lack of support for Game Character Hub on Steam

    I bought GCH when it when it went on sale in September and I've noticed that no one from RPG Maker Web posts on it's forum. People ask questions there and they go unanswered for a long time. Is it better to ask your questions here? As a result there is barely any discussion going on there.

    The software is created by a single person so I guess it might be a bit hard for him to handle everything regarding customer support. 

    You can get the informations you need on this forum anyway :)

    Hey there, normally we do check but there's only 2 of us moderators in Steam. Don't hesitate to contact Vexed or I for GCH questions though!

    Ok. thanks for the answer. :) I think some folks who use the software are getting a bit worried about it is all.
