  1. Released this game last year, but haven't been very good at telling people about it (lol)
William is a horror/puzzle game solely developed by myself. In it, William wakes up to discover that his apartment has changed in strange and mysterious ways, and an entity called The Hand has taken an interest in his life for some reason.
There are four main levels, each with puzzles and challenges to overcome, plus a secret fifth level that remixes past challenges, making them harder than before. The game is free to play, but donations would be greatly appreciated. Hope you enjoy your journey through the nightmare I constructed!

  2. Wanted to give this a go for the RPG Maker Web Feedback Festival.

The presentation seems very well done, with a nice intro movie as well as an easy-on-the-eyes contrast despite the theme being dark. Although I appreciate the consistency of the art, I found it hard to discern what part of the map is walkable however, so it might be an idea to use something more stylistic to distinguish between dirt you can walk over and dirt (or mist?) that is impassable.

The minimalistic menu was nice, and the save being done through consumption of an item was okay... although the lack of save points (AFAICT) does bring concerns of players running out of saves at some point.

Items are easily recognizable as such because they are made to stand out through a change in style as well as a helpful glimmer. Other than the items, it is hard to discern what is and isn't interactable. In most cases this is fine except for the doors. Also, the lack of a death animation upon making contact with the enemy seemed like a missed opportunity.

Since I was greeted with a crash upon walking through the wardrobe, I decided to go down the fridge instead:

After doing some exploring I think I exhausted what I can do, and since I couldn't find a way to break Olivia's curse, I had to stop playing there... if you can quickly fix it, I might be able to play some more.

EDIT: not sure if related but @Arthran has made a patch for Olivia's plugin.
