This might go along with the lag issue idk but I am getting these bugs (or maybe it's my pc?) that makes the program flash a lot from the maker to my desktop. This flashing sometimes causes the program to freeze up and can potentially crash. Also I am getting this weird lag when testing my project. Only happens for the first 5 seconds or so then it reverts to normal after that. I haven't had any other major lag issues it's just the first few seconds of testing it out. I already listed my pc specs in the lag issue post, I can post them again though if needed. Other than that everything seems to run smoothly. I have VX ACE and that had no issues so I don't think it's my pc but who knows. Sorry if this is posted in the wrong section. Wasn't sure where to post this.
Why does RPG maker MV start to flash sometimes and more

Odd I don't know about flash then burn issues. Please try updating your videos drivers make sure windows has done it's updates recently and maybe just some tidy work on your PC uninstalling old junk mainly things that are on in the background.

Well I recently updated my graphics card so idk if that has the issue with it or not. I wasn't able to auto update my graphics card so I had to manually install it. Should I just reinstall the update then?Odd I don't know about flash then burn issues. It should not hurt but who knows. Sadly I'm not the best to answer all these since I sort of shut myself down towards pc tech help. I did it for too many years when I was younger lol. I really hope something helps you out or had similar issues and comes by with an answer.Well I recently updated my graphics card so idk if that has the issue with it or not. Okay well i figured out the flickering issue it had to do with changing my vsync to adaptive I guess. Now I just have that little lag when the project opens. It isn't a huge deal since that's just a few seconds but it still annoying and would like to fix that if possible. Plus not sure if the lag will get worse or not once I make a bigger project. It should not hurt but who knows. When you hit F2 in game what does it say at the top left.Okay well i figured out the flickering issue it had to do with changing my vsync to adaptive I guess. Starts out at 13 fps then goes to 60 fps from there. It lasts like the first 5-6 seconds or so. It's not a huge issue but it's still a bit annoying when it happens every time to test a project. When you hit F2 in game what does it say at the top left.

Hello, So do you know what the issue may be? it like freezes in the first 5-10 seconds of the game then it starts fine. When you hit F2 in game what does it say at the top left.

I hear a lot of people with similar issues. I'm not quite sure why though.Hello, So do you know what the issue may be? it like freezes in the first 5-10 seconds of the game then it starts fine.

I found out what causes this problem now. There is something wrong with the autoplay BGM in general settings of the map edit. If you have no BGM then there is no freeze/lag in the begining of the game. However, if you check the autoplay BGM there is lag/freezes. Now it's good that I know the fix to this problem but this kinda sucks because now you can't have a BGM play in that map you made. So if you want to have music play in a town you can't unless you don't mind that little freeze/lag issue. Hopefully that can be fixed soon.I hear a lot of people with similar issues. I'm not quite sure why though.

There really hasn't been any answer to this question imo. Why is it when the music is on it freezes up the first few seconds but doesn't freeze up the game when it's off in the map settings? Talking about the autoplay bgm feature.
