Why can't I buy the kid DLC on Steam?

I read there was a kid parts DLC a while back. Why isn't it for sale on Steam? Am I missing something? (I've been out of the loop a while to be honest.)

The kid DLC is part 4 of the season pass. Right now the only way to buy it is to buy the season pass I'm afraid.

Any idea when it'll be available?

Edit: I wasn't aware how the season pass worked. That's really a good deal if I get all that older stuff too. I'll get it when I get paid again :)

As stand-alone? No clue, as that decision is made by the company. But the pass does give you all 4 sets of DLC.

Before the question is even asked - If you get the season pass, you will get 3 DLC packs and the kid stuff will be "auto updated" into the base generator of RPG Maker MV. A lot of people ask where is the kid DLC material - it is added straight into the MV program. The way to know you have it is to go the generator and look under the kids tab. if it is full of clothing and hair options, you have it!

I'm more disappointed that I can't get the DLC outside of Steam as I'm not a Steam user. My program feels very incomplete without those generator parts.
