Which plugin from the included ones do I need for fullscreen? I have found Yanfly Engine Plugins - Screen Resolution to change the resolution but that is not the same as full screen of course.

How come the fullscreen option with F4/F3 do not fit the screen?

Is it possible to have the game itself stretched to fit?

you would make the game aspect ratio match your monitor. By default, games don't stretch pixels to change aspect ratio. Thats bad. Assuming that is what you mean.

Are you making a 4:3 game and playing on a widescreen monitor? If so consider making the game 16:9. Or just deal with the empty space.

Some monitors do have stretch/fill feature, if you really want to do it that way. EDIT: Due to how this game renders not sure what would work...maybe...
