Where to place the cove and alt part of Pirate Tiles?

    I just purchased the pirate-ship-tileset, and have applied everything where it seems correctly. However, there are a couple sheets I am not sure where they go. Those sheets would be PirateShipInsideAlt and PirateShipInv-Cove. Where do I place these sheets? Thanks in advanced!

    I don't have the set, but maybe I can still help. If it has no transparency and looks tall, A5. If it has transparency but no autotiles anything C-E (possibly B ). If the top left corner tile is blank, B. If it has autotiles and the right side has transparency, A2. If it's a building wall and roof and looks short, A3. If it's a wall with the top edge of the wall set up the same as a floor autotile, A4. If it's an animated autotile, A1.
