Where can I download Celianna/Lunaria's Steampunk tileset?

I saw the preview of it on a couple different sites, however I can not find it anywhere. All the sites I have found it on, including a deviantart page all link to this forum. When I clicked on the link it gave me a "topic doesn't exist" error. Can anyone help me find this amazing tileset? I don't even want to use it in RPG Maker, just my own personal projects. Can someone help me out?

However, she took them down recently. You can't get them unless perhaps someone shares them with you who has previously gotten them.
