Quite long time ago I saw on one of Yanflys movies (s)he used this interesting tag \tier[x] in skill description. I can't remember in wich one, so I'm wondering, what this tag means?

I just did a Google search for Yanfly tier

although it doesn't use the format you've used. That format looks like it might be used in a message box or menu somewhere.

Nope, that is not a video I seen. All I can remember \tier was something related with skills...
