What Does Members+ Mean?

I've noticed that a lot of members on the community are Members+! What does that actually mean? Are they moderators or have they created a really good game?

You pay a fee (17 dollars trimonthly I think) to support the site and get access to a member+ section of the forum that allows you to get occasional free resources and such. You also get a discount on any items bought in the forum store that could actually save you more money than you spend on m+ if you bought enough resources. It's a fairly nice trade off overall and good to support the community, but requires you to deal with paypal in order to sign up.

Members + is a separate section of the forums. You need to pay for a membership in order to access it. In that section there are perks like special previews and bonus resource releases. You also get a discount on any items purchased in the forum store.

Also, Member + resources are allowed to be used commercially, whereas the ReStaff resources may or may not (depending on the individual developer).

Overall, Member + is a great value if you want to get a lot of resource packs or a lot of free, unique stuff.  Member + resources have included things like background music, tilesets, sprites, battlebacks --- basically almost any type of resource in the game might end up being included in a Member + Resource Pack.

Also, the artists look for Resource Pack suggestions in a Member + only thread, so you can even request a resource there and an artist might make it.

I just looked it up and for $40 a year that sounds like a bargain to me - I'll have to see if I can do that at some point... :)

Probably payments for the web hosting, for the actual staff and so on.

Ah that's good then. It's always nice knowing that your money will be going to something good ... :)
