I'm making an rpg game and I've loved some weapons and their stats, despite not being from an RPG.
For example tf2. Been playing it for 6 years now and weapons that translate well are:
-Powerjack(-20% def, 15% more speed. Tweaked 33% damage returned as HP)
Great for random encounters and even bosses to a certain degree but burst damage will kill you.
-Buff banner
Deal damage and fill your rage meter (using yanfly's battle engine and tp mode) to gain a damage buff of 35% for 3 turns. Great for bosses and minibosses, keep the guy alive with it since it occupies body armor slot. Rage preserved after battle.
-Concheror
Deal and receive damage and fill your rage meter (using yanfly's battle engine and tp mode) to gain 35% of your damage as HP as well as a speed boosy for 3 turns. Great for bosses and minibosses, keep the guy alive with it since it occupies body armor slot. Since it's easier to fill up it doesn't preserve after battle so the other banner feels useful.
- HF sword (mgsr)
When below 25% you go ripper mode, deal twice the damage but you're risking getting killed easily, goes best with classes with good defense so you last more in it, revives are hard to come by in the game so it's high risk high reward
Gotten feedback from people and they liked powerjack the most as well as the HF sword
