  1. I really disliked how dark the original MV water tiles looked (especially on Inside_A1). I'm going to be doing some slight modifications of the water tiles (not just recoloring) and wanted to give back to the community what I come up with. I'll be updating this thread over the next few days I imagine as I finish out revisions. If you enjoy what you see, please let me know if you have any special requests. Thanks!

Please list in credits myself (josh.x.guthrie) and Kadokawa and PM me just to let me know so I can follow up to see how things are (or aren't) going. Available for use in commercial and non-commercial. If you do finalize your game I would love the opportunity to play (especially if you hook me up with a free copy).

At first glance the waters look really bright, but checkout the screenshot to see just how much cleaner it looks:

Pretty happy with the color and intensity balance. It didn't end up toxic green thank god, I tried really hard to make it look more dingy than anything else.

  8. My bad. I saw others doing it in other posts and assumed it was a regular thing. I won't do it again, and thanks for the warning. I'm new here
  9. These are really good, do you take requests?
  10. Do you think you could a characterset of an underwater drain draining water?  For something like an indoor fountain or pool...
  11. I do take requests, but I only get to play with rpg maker from time to time. Right now I'm doing a lot of woodworking projects for the holidays, but I'm looking for opportunities to get back into this. Put your requests and I'll do my best to get to them.

@firestalker, do you think some underwater drain effects with some whirpool overlays would work? Or are you thinking something different?

That would be cool....  But also maybe just a simple water ring coming from it would be good too.  maybe both on the same sheet so you can choose what works best.  Maybe some different types.  Some on the ground, maybe some in the walls with water wakes for movement?
  13. Well what I'm looking for is a underwater tile, and a tile for where the water hits a cliff I'm trying to make an underwater map I can post what I've got so far and see if you want to help, I'm horrible with graphics so I'm sure it looks like craps lol
  14. I'd be happy to take a look. PM me with a zipped up version of your game and I'll crack it open. I'll play with the requests, give me a week - sorry I'm slow.
  15. Here's what I've got so far, it's mostly just an overlay so far. I'm just trying to get some kind of like collision with walls I'm just not real sure how to do that. The color doesn't seem horrible but idk it might be crap.

I was trying to make a autotile, but it's not going so well
