Hello, I was working on a map on a new game and after completing my first map I noticed I could walk on the water that I made sure was set as "X" in the tilesets menu.
Literally the only event I've made on this game so far was an autorun teleport that teleports the character from the original start map to the map I have with water shown below.
The water tile I'm using is the one second to last of the top row.
Any event that set your player to THROUGH and didn't set it back again?
The only other thing that would cause this (unless you've got scripts running that you haven't told us about) is if you've used a B tile that has no graphic, but has O for passage, and drawn over the water. The only B tile you should use to "erase" areas is that top left one.
Edit:
Oh, wait a minute - I see what you've done. You used that "concrete edge" tile to go over the water. Look at its passage settings - it's O, so it's going to override the water's passage.
USE THIS. When you read it, it doesn't SOUND like it's the same thing, but it's caused by EXACTLY the same thing, and the same fix will solve it.
For through I don't think it's possible since the only event is the teleport one, and I also can't move through any other impassable blocks only the water..
No scripts running other than the default ones as this is a brand new game..
And just to make sure I ran over all of the squares the water is on with the top left removal tool of B tab and tried it again but I could still walk on the water.
