Waiting For Support For 5 Days To Transfer License / Product Key?

  1. Hi All,

    The logic board was dying on my last computer, so I uninstalled RPG Maker VX Ace. When I tried to install it on my new computer, my product key was not valid. I wrote to support 5 days ago asking for a replacement product key, but I have not gotten a response. I can't work on my game, which is for a college class, because it requires the full version of RPG Maker to open an editable version.

    How long does this usually take? Has anyone else had to do this?

  3. Degica is a small company, and in usual cases it's said you should wait 3 days before asking again.


    It could be that they still are very busy from other work (for example, Member+ April got delayed by several weeks to mid-june), but most of the delays were recovered by now (Member+ june was posted in time last week), so I suggest sending another ticket.


    Because in usual cases, a delay of more than 3 days indicates that for some reason the ticket system didn't deliver the message to the correct people (happens sometimes, through rare).
