I wanted to use some RPG maker VCAces resources, namely the skeleton, in MV for a commercial project I'm making. Does the VXAce lisence allow me to do so?

As long as you own the full version of VXAce and MV, yes.

Really? Even if I were to export to Mac? That's good then. For some reason I thought otherwise...
