Using 立ち絵 in chat windows

I would like to ask if there is a plugin that changes the character heads in the chat window into standalone pictures? (I don't know how to say it in English but it's called 立ち絵 in Japanese) It's like those you see in visual novels.

I know I could accomplish this by using show image, but then I will have to add a command to show an image everytime someone says a sentence and that means double the work! :kaomad2:
I'm not sure what I'm looking for here, is there a way/plugin to make it as convenient as the default option of selecting a character face in the show text and it'll automatically appear in a fixed position? I would love to search this by myself, but unfortunately I don't know what keyword should I use. Please could someone help me out?

It can be called different things, but a common term is "bust", such as "bust picture" or "message bust".
