I'd seriously like to see an in depth tutorial on how to use VX Samuria with VX Ace. I'm told it can be done, but I've also been told they don't work 100% on par w/each other. I've also heard of ways that that can be remedied, but the descriptions were fuzzy at best to a noob like me.

Vx and Vx Ace ressources have the same resolution.
That means you can use them in Vx and Vx ace.
You just have to import them with the ressource wizard/manager.

Only difference may be in the auto tiles with Ace. But if you indicate the tiles are VX in the database when you import the Samurai, it should work fine.
