So I made an auto run event when the player walks into a town, but instead of playing the event it transfers the player to another map and the player isn't there, so you can't walk around. Any help?

Check that you don't have another event on the town map which is also running, e.g. a parallel process.
A screen shot of your transfer into town event and of the autorun event would help us to spot any error. For your screen shots please use Alt+PrtSc so that it takes a shot only of the event, not of your whole desktop; it makes it much easier to read. Don't crop the image as we need all the information, not just the commands.
