tournament tileset?

I need someone to create a custom tile set for a tournament area. I am doing a series of BBC Merlin short RPG games, and I need a tile set that looks like the tournament area in the show. If you could throw in a guillotine and a noose that would be perfect. The pictures I attached includes the color schemes and the types of tiles I would like.
