I'm not sure if "tooltip" is the correct term for this, but as you can see in the included screenshot, I cannot read almost any of the little popup for commands that appears when you hover over a given input. It is like this for literally all tooltips that appear when you hold the cursor over an item. The left image is from my primary monitor, which is 1440p and 144hz, while the right is from my second monitor, being 1080p and 60hz. I doubt it's my dual monitor setup as I had dual monitors before, though my primary monitor is new. I've used RPG Maker before today, though, and feel inclined to say that this wasn't a problem in the past few weeks I've had this new monitor, though it's (slightly) possible that I just never noticed the tooltip being like this.
In the end, this isn't game breaking, though it is rather annoying. Anyone have any ideas or anything to help me out? So far I've tried restarting the program, restarting my PC, and messing with resolutions.
Relevant specs are Ryzen R7 2700x, GTX 1070ti, 16gigs RAM.
Edit: In looking closer at the screenshot... it almost looks like the popup window is semi transparent and letting the colors/brightness of whatever is behind it through... which only confuses me further.
