It is used for auto tile editing. Place this template on the background layer of the auto tile.
The same symbol as ● is a guideline with the same pixel.

Fantastic work, Tonbi. I know you've said you don't like sci-fi, but do you plan on getting them done at some point?
Also, I want to ask, do you have any technique you're following to redraw them with such accuracy? Or is it just purely done from scratch following your intuition?

The sci-fi characters wouldn't actually be too difficult. Once you've done a single boy and girl you've basically done them all since their outfits are very similar. (oh wait I forgot about the rest of the set.. was just thinking of the protagonists)

However for the SFs I was interested in some of them. For example, to Alex of rpg maker 2000 (who strangely is there, as well as the Monster still of rpg maker 2000), to the fat man with a beard and an archangel with black wings and the head of fire!
As you can see many of them are fantasy, not futuristic!;)

I think it is a plain tiles like a wall, a cliff, or stairs and so on.

P.S. I like sci-fi, but I have no plan to make sci-fi characters :D
