Tkool sound library?

I saw that Tkool blog displayed this huge sound pack on december, it is going to be available on America?

It doesn't need to be, the main site has a link to Amazon, if you have the money pay for it and download it that way.

It's coming in English and no you need a Japanese Billing Address to buy that. Believe me I tried and I had to ask a friend :'c

There's a process involved in releasing any kind of content. It can take a while sometimes. :)

That's because Enterbrain didn't made this directly. There's a third party involved (which is Bitter Sweet). Since Degica is the English Publisher, they have to make the 3rd party sign a contract and come into an agreement. It's not as easy as it looks.
