Since it is also made for MV and you do happen to own legally MV (I think?), there should be no problem.

That pack comes with the tiles formatted for all three engines. So yes, you can use it in MV.

Thanks guys! I was planning to buy this on Steam. But says that i have to own the rpg maker vx ace to use the dlc. But this is a steam policy only, right?

You cannot buy DLC of a software (or game for that matter) that you don't own, that's just how Steam works. As a side note Time Fantasy is also available as MV DLC on Steam though.
