Tilesets, actors, etc will not show up

I just downloaded RPG Maker XP and when I did everything, the tilesets, and backgrounds and not even the actor shows up. Where is all of that stuff?

when you installed XP, the installer should have asked you if you want to install the RTP - if you aborted that, you can download the RTP under downloads - Run Time Packages top right.
